Wang Yang is a Chinese paralympic wheelchair racer. [1] [2] He participated at the 2020 Summer Paralympics in the athletics competition, being awarded the bronze medal in the men's 800 metres event on T34 class, scoring 1:45.68. [3] [4]
China was the host of the 2008 Summer Paralympics, held in Beijing. China's delegation included 547 people, of whom 332 were competitors. The athletes, 197 men and 135 women, ranged in age from 15 to 51 and competed in all twenty sports. 226 of the competitors participated in the Paralympic Games for the first time. The delegation was the largest in Chinese history and at the 2008 Games. China topped the medal count at the 2004 Summer Paralympics in Athens. China dominated the medal count winning the most gold, silver, bronze, and total medals by a wide margin in Beijing.

Yu Mengyu is a retired Chinese-born Singaporean table tennis player. Born in Liaoning, China, Yu left China in 2006 at the age of 17 to join the Singapore Table Tennis Association (STTA).
Ukraine made its Paralympic Games début at the 1996 Summer Paralympics in Atlanta, with thirty athletes competing in archery, track and field, powerlifting, swimming, and sitting volleyball. Vasyl Lishchynskyy won Ukraine's first Paralympic gold medal, in the shot put, and Ukrainians also won four silver medals and two bronze. Ukrainians had previously participated within the Soviet Union's delegation in 1988, and as part of the Unified Team in 1992. Ukraine, following its independence from the Soviet Union, missed out on the 1994 Winter Games, but made its Winter Paralympics début at the 1998 Winter Games in Nagano. Ukraine has competed at every edition of the Summer and Winter Games since then and have done so with remarkable success.
Eucharia Njideka Iyiazi is a Paralympian athlete from Nigeria competing mainly in category F57/58 shot put and discus throw events. She has competed at four paralympics taking two gold, a silver and two bronze medals.
Melissa Tapper is an Australian table tennis player. After competing at the 2012 Summer Paralympics, she represented Australia at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in elite non-Paralympic competition. In March 2016, she became the first Australian athlete to qualify for both the Summer Olympics and Summer Paralympics.
Wang Shun is a Chinese competitive swimmer. A versatile medley swimmer, he became the first Asian male swimmer to win a gold medal at the men's 200m individual medley at the Olympic Games when he came in first at the 2020 Summer Olympics men's 200 metre individual medley. He is also the first swimmer from China to win a gold medal in an Olympic men's medley swimming event. He had earlier won a bronze medal in the same event at the 2016 Summer Olympics.
Katja Dedekind is an Australian Paralympic vision-impaired swimmer and goalball player. She won a bronze medal at the 2016 Rio Paralympic Games and two bronze medals at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games.

Lee Dong-seop is a South Korean paralympic badminton player. He participated at the 2020 Summer Paralympics in the badminton competition, being awarded the bronze medal in the men's singles WH1 event. Dong-seop also participated in the men's doubles WH1–WH2 event, being awarded the silver medal with his teammate, Kim Jung-jun.
Yin Menglu is a Chinese paralympic badminton player. She participated at the 2020 Summer Paralympics in the badminton competition, being awarded the bronze medal in the women's singles WH1 event. Huang Xing is a Chinese paralympic sport shooter. He participated at the 2016 Summer Paralympics in the shooting competition, being awarded the gold medal in the mixed 25 m pistol. Xing participated at the 2020 Summer Paralympics in the shooting competition, being awarded the silver medal in the men's 10 m air pistol event. He also participated in the mixed 25 m pistol at the 2020 Summer Paralympics, being awarded the gold medal.
Yang Feng is a Chinese paralympic swimmer. He participated at the 2020 Summer Paralympics in the swimming competition, being awarded the silver medal in the men's 100 metres butterfly event on S8 class, scoring 1:03.20. Feng also participated at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in the swimming competition, winning no medal.
