Waqra Punta (Quechua waqra horn, punta peak, ridge; first, before, in front of, [2] [3] [4] "horn peak (or ridge)", Hispanicized spelling Huagra Punta) is a mountain in the Andes of Peru which reaches an altitude of approximately 5,000 m (16,000 ft) high. It is situated in the Lima Region, Cajatambo Province, Gorgor District, and in the Huaura Province, Ambar District. Waqra Punta lies northeast of Phiri Uya. [1]
The Andes or Andean Mountains are the longest continental mountain range in the world, forming a continuous highland along the western edge of South America. This range is about 7,000 km (4,300 mi) long, about 200 to 700 km wide, and of an average height of about 4,000 m (13,000 ft). The capital of the province is Huacho.

Condor Huayin is a mountain in the Andes of Peru, about 5,000 metres (16,404 ft) high. It is situated in the Lima Region, Oyon Province, Oyon District. Condor Huayin lies on a ridge which extends from north to south southeast of the Huayhuash mountain range and southwest of the Raura mountain range. The peak south of Condor Huayin at the very end of the ridge is named Shapra.

Pucagaga Punta or Pucagaga is a mountain in the Cordillera Blanca in the Andes of Peru, 5,461 metres (17,917 ft) high. It is situated in the Ancash Region, Huaraz Province, Independencia District, northeast of Huaraz. Pucagaga lies south of Ranrapalca, next to Churup, northeast of it.
Ch'ura is a 5,084-metre-high (16,680 ft) mountain in the Andes of Peru. It is located in the Lima Region, Cajatambo Province, Gorgor District, and in the Huaura Province, Ambar District. Ch'ura lies northwest of Wanki and northeast of Waqra Punta at the end of the Phiru Uya valley.
Phiri Uya is a 5,084-metre-high (16,680 ft) mountain in the Andes of Peru. It is located in the Lima Region, Huaura Province, Ambar District. Phiri Uya lies at the Phiru Uya valley, southwest of Waqra Punta.
Waylla Hirka is a mountain in the Andes of Peru, about 4,800 metres (15,748 ft) high. It is located in the Lima Region, Cajatambo Province, Cajatambo District. Waylla Hirka lies at the Pumarinri valley south of the Waywash mountain range, southwest of Pukaqaqa and north of Millpu. The lakes Quyllurqucha, Warmiqucha and Challwaqucha lie northeast of Waylla Hirka.
Mitopunta is a 5,571-metre-high (18,278 ft) mountain in the Huayhuash mountain range in the Andes of Peru. It is located in the Lima Region, Cajatambo Province, Cajatambo District. Mitopunta lies on a sub-range west of the main range east of Huacshash. It is situated north of the Pumarinri valley.
Huayllajirca is a mountain in the Andes of Peru, about 5,000 m (16,000 ft) high. It is located in the Lima Region, Cajatambo Province, Cajatambo District, and in the Oyón Province, Oyón District. Huayllajirca lies northwest of the mountain named Chalhuacocha and northeast of Pishtac and Tocto lake.
Pishtac (possibly from Ancash Quechua for slaughterer, is a 5,095-metre-high mountain in the Andes of Peru. It is located in the Lima Region, Cajatambo Province, Cajatambo District. Pishtac is southwest of Huayllajirca and northwest of a mountain called Chalhuacocha. A little lake named Tocto lies at its feet.
Mishihuajanan is a mountain in the Andes of Peru, about 5,100 m (16,700 ft) high. It is located in the Lima Region, Cajatambo Province, Cajatambo District, and in the Oyón Province, Oyón District. Mishihuajanan lies southwest of Millpo and north of Huayllajirca.
Yanajirca or Yana Hirka is a mountain in the Andes of Peru, about 4,600 m (15,100 ft) high. It is located in the Lima Region, Cajatambo Province, Cajatambo District. Yana Hirka is southwest of Mishi Waqanan and northwest of Pishtaq.
Hirka Kancha is a mountain in the Andes of Peru, about 5,000 m (16,000 ft) high. It is located in the Lima Region, Oyón Province, Oyón District.
Montecocha is a mountain in the Andes of Peru, about 5,200 metres (17,060 ft) high. It is located in the Lima Region, Cajatambo Province, Cajatambo District. Montecocha lies south of the Huayhuash mountain range, southwest of Millpo and east of a mountain named Shahuanacocha.
Saqsa Punta is a 4,083-metre-high (13,396 ft) mountain in the Andes of Peru. It is located in the Huánuco Region, Huánuco Province, Churubamba District. Saqsa Punta lies north of Saqra Waqra.
