Warberg Innebandyclub (often referred to as Warberg IC or WIC) is a Swedish floorball team, and one of the most successful teams in Swedish floorball history. Warberg has won four Swedish Championships, the last won in April 2008.

Floorball is a type of floor hockey with five players and a goalkeeper in each team. It is played indoors with 96–115.5 cm-long (37.8–45.5 in) sticks and a 70–72 mm-diameter (2.76–2.83 in) plastic ball with holes. Matches are played in three twenty-minute periods. Swedish Super League is the highest league in the league system of Swedish floorball and comprises the top 14 Swedish floorball teams. The first season began in 1995–96. The season ends with a play-off and a final.

AIK Innebandy is a Swedish floorball club and a department of AIK. The men's team played in Sweden's highest division, SSL, from the year 2000, but was relegated to Herrar Allsvenskan Norra in 2018 after ending the season 2017/2018 as second last. AIK won their first championship in 2006 when they defeated Pixbo Wallenstam IBK in the SSL final. In 2009 they won their second championship, beating Warberg IC in the final. The team is back in Sweden’s highest division SSL the season 2022/2023.

Täby FC is a Swedish floorball team from Täby, Stockholm. The club have played in the top Swedish floorball league, SSL, both on the men's and women's side. Their men's team have never won a championship but got to the final in 2006/07 where they lost to Warberg IC, and in 2009/2010 where they lost to Storvreta IBK. Their women's team won the championship in 2019.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Sweden men's national floorball team</span>

The Sweden men's national floorball team is the national floorball team of Sweden, and a member of the International Floorball Federation. It has won ten out of 14 men's world championships. Its dominance has decreased somewhat though – in 1996 the overall goal difference was 83–3, while ten years later, the team suffered its first draw in the tournament versus Switzerland, and needed sudden victory to defeat Finland in the final. In 2008, Finland defeated Sweden in overtime, giving Sweden its first loss in the World Floorball Championships. This loss happened in the final match, and therefore Sweden did not retain their 12-year title as world floorball champions. In 2012, Sweden defeated Finland and won the title for the first time in six years.

The 2007–08 Men's EuroFloorball Cup Finals took place in Vantaa, Finland, from 9 to 13 January 2008. Allmänna Idrottsklubben Innebandyförening, better known simply as AIK, won the EuroFloorball Cup for the second year in a row after narrowly defeating Warberg IC 2–1 in sudden victory overtime.

FBC Kalmarsund, up to 2011 known as Färjestadens IBK, is a Swedish floorball team, from Färjestaden, Öland, that plays in the Swedish Division 1 South. In the 2007–08 season, they played in Swedish Super League, the highest league of Swedish floorball. They ended last and were relegated to Division 1 South for the 2008–2009 season. They now play in the Swedish Super League again.

The 2006–07 Men's EuroFloorball Cup Finals took place in Varberg, Sweden from 3 to 7 January 2007. Allmänna Idrottsklubben Innebandyförening, better known simply as AIK, won the EuroFloorball Cup after narrowly defeating Warberg IC 6–5.

The 1999 Men's EuroFloorball Cup Finals took place in Switzerland from December 27 to December 31, 1999. Warberg IC won the EuroFloorball Cup after defeating Haninge IBK 7-5.

The 2005–06 Men's EuroFloorball Cup Finals took place in Ostrava, Czech Republic from 4 to 8 January 2006. Warberg IC won the EuroFloorball Cup after defeating SSV Helsinki 7–6 after penalty shots.

Peter Sjögren is a Swedish floorball player (goalkeeper) who is ranked as the best goalie in the world. Sjögren, who plays in Warbergs IC, won the Swedish Championship in 2006, 2007 and 2008. He also won the World Cup in 2006.

Kimmo Eskelinen is a Swedish floorball player (defenseman) of Finnish descent. In the 2013/14 season, he plays for Partille IBS. He has played in the Swedish national team. He is famous for his extremely hard shot.

The 2009 Men's under-19 World Floorball Championships were the fifth world championships in men's under-19 floorball. The tournament took place over May 6–10, 2009 in Turku, Finland.

Finland Men's National Floorball Team is the national floorball team of Finland. The national team was founded in 1985 and they played their first official game against Sweden in 1985. Finland has won four World Championships and 1 European Championships (1995). Finland has appeared in every World and European Championships tournament organised by the IFF and is the only team with Sweden to have won such a tournament.

FC Helsingborg, commonly FCH, is a Swedish professional floorball team from Helsingborg. The current club was formed in 2003 by a merging between the floorball section of Högaborgs BK and Ramlösa IBK. Sweden women's national floorball team represents Sweden in international competitions of women's floorball. The team played their first match in a world championship on 3 May 1997 against Austria in Mariehamn, Finland. The match ended in victory with 32-0 and is still the biggest victory ever in the floorball world championships. The team went unbeaten through the tournament and became the first world champions of women's floorball.

Australia women's national floorball team is the national team of Australia. At the 1999 Floorball Women's World Championship in Borlänge, Sweden, the team finished second in the B-Division. At the 2001 Floorball Women's World Championship in Riga, Latvia, the team finished sixth in the B-Division. At the 2003 Floorball Women's World Championship in Germany, the team finished eighth in the B-Division. At the 2005 Floorball Women's World Championship in Singapore, the team finished fifth in the B-Division. At the 2007 Floorball Women's World Championship in Frederikshavn, Denmark, the team finished fifth in the B-Division. At the 2009 Floorball Women's World Championship in Västerås, Sweden, the team won B-Division, and finished eleventh. At the 2011 Floorball Women's World Championship in St Gallen, Switzerland, the team finished fifteenth. At the 2013 Floorball Women's World Championship in Brno and Ostrava, Czech Republic, the team finished twelfth.
