Pule Herbert Isak Makgoe was a South African politician and anti-apartheid activist. A member of the African National Congress,he was elected to the Free State Provincial Legislature in 1994. After holding multiple positions in the Executive Council of the Free State,he was appointed Member of the Executive Council for Education in May 2009,a position he would hold until his death in March 2023.
Tshenuwani Simon Farisani is a South African politician,theologian,and Lutheran minister. During apartheid,he was one of the country's most prominent black clergymen and preached anti-apartheid liberation theology from his diocese in Venda and Transvaal. He founded the Black Evangelic Youth Organisation with Cyril Ramaphosa in the early 1970s and was also active in the Black Consciousness movement,especially as president of the Black People's Convention from 1973 to 1975. He was arrested on four occasions,according to Amnesty International as a prisoner of conscience,and he testified abroad about the torture he was subjected to by the apartheid police.
Kgosientsho "Sputla" Ramokgopa is a South African politician who is the Minister in the Presidency responsible for Electricity. He was the Mayor of Tshwane from 2010 to 2016. He was also a Member of the Executive Council in the Gauteng provincial government in 2019 and worked in the Presidency of South Africa as head of infrastructure from 2019 to 2023.

Thabo Manyoni is a South African politician who was the Mayor of Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality from 2011 to 2016. He represented his party,the African National Congress (ANC),in the Free State Executive Council from 2009 to 2011 and in the National Assembly from 2016 to 2017. He was Deputy Provincial Chairperson of the ANC's Free State branch from 2008 to 2017. He was also Chairperson of the South African Local Government Association from 2011 to 2016 and in 2019 he was appointed to a five-year term as Chairperson of South Africa's Municipal Demarcation Board.

Before that,she was Speaker of the Free State Provincial Legislature from 2015 to 2019. She is a member of the African National Congress (ANC).

He is a former Deputy Provincial Chairperson of the African National Congress (ANC) and is known for his short-lived defection to the opposition Congress of the People (COPE) between 2009 and 2014.

He was a member of the United Democratic Front national executive committee during the 1980s and later served as South African Ambassador to Gabon.

He was the Free State's Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for Public Works,Roads and Transport from 1997 to 2004. Before that,he represented the African National Congress (ANC) in the National Assembly from 1994 to 1996.
