Mohabbatein is a 2000 Indian Hindi-language musical romantic drama film written and directed by Aditya Chopra and produced by Yash Chopra under his banner Yash Raj Films. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai alongside newcomers Uday Chopra, Shamita Shetty, Jugal Hansraj, Kim Sharma, Jimmy Sheirgill, and Preeti Jhangiani. It narrates the story of Narayan, the strict principal of Gurukul college whose daughter Megha, commits suicide after he opposes her relationship with Raj, a music teacher at the college. The story follows Raj aiding with three Gurukul students and their love interests to rebel against Narayan's intolerance of love.
Love Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega is a 2001 Indian Hindi-language crime comedy film directed by Eeshwar Nivas and produced by Ram Gopal Varma and Nitin Manmohan. The film stars Saif Ali Khan, Fardeen Khan, Sonali Bendre, Twinkle Khanna, Aftab Shivdasani and Johnny Lever in lead roles. The film is an official remake of the 1993 Telugu film Money. This film marked Twinkle Khanna's final acting performance, prior to her marriage and subsequent retirement from the industry. It was released on 29 June 2001 and unlike the original version, the Hindi remake received mixed reviews and eventually became a box-office bomb. The rights to this film are owned by Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment and the film is said to be loosely based on the American black comedy Fargo.
Kaante is a 2002 Indian Hindi-language action thriller film directed by Sanjay Gupta, written by Milap Zaveri, and starring an ensemble cast including Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Sunil Shetty, Lucky Ali, Mahesh Manjrekar, Kumar Gaurav, Namrata Singh Gujral, Rati Agnihotri, Rohit Roy, Isha Koppikar and Malaika Arora.
Kahiin To Hoga is an Indian soap opera which aired on StarPlus from September 2003 to February 2007. The show was created by Ekta Kapoor of Balaji Telefilms and starred Aamna Sharif, Rajeev Khandelwal and Gurpreet Singh. The show is based on the 1813 novel Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen.
The Kapoor family is a prominent Indian show business family with at least 4 generations of the family over 95 years being active in the Hindi film industry. Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon, is a 2003 Indian Hindi-language romantic comedy drama film by Sooraj Barjatya and produced by Rajshri Productions. The film is a reboot of the 1976 film Chitchor and features Hrithik Roshan, Kareena Kapoor and Abhishek Bachchan in lead roles. It had a nationwide release on 27 June 2003 to negative reviews, and was commercially unsuccessful at the box office. However, Bachchan's performance was well received and earned him a nomination for the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor at the 49th Filmfare Awards.

Vivah is a 2006 Indian Hindi-language romantic drama film, written and directed by Sooraj R. Barjatya. Produced and distributed by Rajshri Productions, the film stars Shahid Kapoor and Amrita Rao as lead, alongside Anupam Kher, Alok Nath, Seema Biswas, Amrita Prakash, Samir Soni and Lata Sabharwal. Vivah tells the story of two individuals, and relates their journey from engagement to marriage and aftermath.
Lage Raho Munna Bhai is a 2006 Indian Hindi-language satirical comedy drama film written, edited and directed by Rajkumar Hirani, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Abhijat Joshi, and produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra under the banner Vinod Chopra Films. A sequel to Munna Bhai M.B.B.S. (2003), the film is the second installment of the Munna Bhai series. Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi reprised their roles as the titular Munna Bhai and Circuit, respectively. New additions to the cast include Vidya Balan, Dilip Prabhavalkar and Dia Mirza, while several actors from the original, notably Jimmy Sheirgill and Boman Irani, appear in new roles.
Welcome is an Indian 2007 Hindi-language comedy film co-written and directed by Anees Bazmee. It stars Feroz Khan Anil Kapoor, Nana Patekar, Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif, Paresh Rawal, and Mallika Sherawat in prominent roles. Sunil Shetty and Malaika Arora feature in special appearances.
Boss is a 2006 Indian Telugu-language romantic action film, produced by D. Siva Prasad Reddy on Kamakshi Movies banner and directed and co-written by V. N. Aditya. Starring Nagarjuna Akkineni, Nayanthara, Poonam Bajwa and Shriya Saran. Music was composed by Kalyani Malik and Harry Anand and Cinematography for the movie was handled by Siva Kumar while editing was handled by Marthand K. Venkatesh. The film was released on 27 September 2006. The film was dubbed into Malayalam with the same title and into Hindi as Yeh Kaisa Karz (2008). The film was commercially unsuccessful.
Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai is a 2002 Indian Hindi-language romantic comedy directed by Sanjay Gadhvi and produced by Yash Chopra and Aditya Chopra under the banner Yash Raj Films. The film stars Uday Chopra, Jimmy Sheirgill, Tulip Joshi and Bipasha Basu. This film also marked the debut of Tulip Joshi. The film was partly inspired by My Best Friend's Wedding (1997).
Chirutha (transl. Cheetah) is a 2007 Indian Telugu-language action comedy film directed by Puri Jagannadh and produced by C. Aswani Dutt under Vyjayanthi Movies. The film stars debutants Ram Charan and Neha Sharma, alongside Prakash Raj, Ashish Vidyarthi, Tanikella Bharani, Sayaji Shinde, Daniel Balaji and Brahmanandam. The film revolves around Charan, a youngster, and his pursuit of revenge against Mattu Bhai, a crime boss who killed Charan's parents.
Wanted is a 2009 Indian Hindi-language action thriller film directed by Prabhu Deva and produced by Boney Kapoor. The film, a remake of Telugu film Pokiri, stars Salman Khan, alongside Prakash Raj, Ayesha Takia, Vinod Khanna, Mahesh Manjrekar with Prabhu Deva, Govinda and Anil Kapoor make special appearances. The soundtrack was composed by Sajid–Wajid, while the musical score was handled by Salim–Sulaiman. The cinematography and editing were handled by Nirav Shah & Sethu Sriram and Dilip Deo.
Sasural Genda Phool is an Indian television drama series that aired on StarPlus starring Ragini Khanna and Jay Soni. It aired during weekday evenings from 1 March 2010 to 21 April 2012. It is based on the backdrop of Old Delhi.
Utt Pataang (transl. Nonsensical) is a 2011 Indian Hindi-language comedy drama film written and directed by Srikanth V. Velagaleti and features Vinay Pathak in a double role alongside, Mahie Gill, Mona Singh and Saurabh Shukla in the leading roles. The film was released on 4 February 2011, to mixed reviews and was also a commercial failure. It is inspired by the Japanese film, A Stranger of Mine (2005).
Welcome Back is a 2015 Indian Hindi-language action crime comedy film directed by Anees Bazmee and produced by Firoz A. Nadiadwala with Eros International serving as distributor and co-producer. A sequel to the 2007 film Welcome, it features an ensemble cast that includes Anil Kapoor, Nana Patekar, John Abraham, Shruti Haasan, Shiney Ahuja, Ankita Srivastava in her debut, with Dimple Kapadia, Paresh Rawal and Naseeruddin Shah. While Kapoor, Patekar, Rawal, Karnik, Irani, Josh, Dabi, Khan and Ranjeet have reprised their roles from the previous film, Abraham and Hassan are new additions to the lead cast. Made on a budget of ₹88 crore, the film was largely shot in and around Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Welcome Back was released worldwide on 4 September 2015.
Race is an Indian neo-noir action crime film series produced by Ramesh S. Taurani and Kumar S. Taurani under the banner of Tips Industries. The series was written by Kiran Kotrial, Shiraz Ahmed, Anurag Prapanna and Jitendra Parmar, which stars Saif Ali Khan as the main lead and Anil Kapoor as a recurring character for first 2 films, Race and Race 2 are directed by Abbas–Mustan. The third film, Race 3 was a sequel directed by Remo D'Souza. Kapoor returned once again, this time in a new role with Salman Khan and Bobby Deol joining the cast. Race 3 received negative reviews and didn't perform well as previous films at the box office. The first film is loosely based on the 1998 Hollywood movie Goodbye Lover.
Do Bhai is a 1969 Indian Hindi-language action drama film, produced and directed by Brij Sadanah, and written by Salim Khan. It stars Ashok Kumar, Mala Sinha, Jeetendra and music composed by Laxmikant–Pyarelal. The film was remade in Tamil in 1971 as Justice Viswanathan and in Telugu in 1971 as Nenu Manishine.
Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster is a series of Indian Hindi-language romantic thriller films co-written, co-produced and directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia. Its title was inspired by 1962's Bollywood film Sahib Bibi Aur Ghulam. The film series stars Jimmy Sheirgill as Aditya Pratap Singh (Saheb) and Mahi Gill as Madhavi Deva (Biwi). The first film named Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster was released in 2011 and the second film Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster Returns released in 2013. Both films received critical acclaim and perform moderate success at the box office. The third film Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster 3 released in 2018 and received poor reviews from critics for its script and weak plotlines and became a disaster at the box office.
