Wendy Farrington (born 1 December 1941) is a British alpine skier. She competed at the 1960 Winter Olympics and the 1964 Winter Olympics. [1]
The 1984 Winter Olympics, officially known as the XIV Olympic Winter Games and commonly known as Sarajevo '84, were a winter multi-sport event held between 8 and 19 February 1984 in Sarajevo, Yugoslavia. It was the first Winter Olympic Games held in a Slavic language-speaking country, as well as the only Winter Olympics held in a communist country before the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, China. It was the second consecutive Olympic Games held in a communist country, after the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union.
Wendy Burge is an American former competitive figure skater. Born in Alaska, she won the silver medal at the 1975 U.S. Figure Skating Championships and placed 6th at the 1976 Winter Olympics. She retired in Orange County, California after working as a professional coach for over twenty years.

John Allan Farrington is a former long-distance runner from Australia, who represented his native country in the men's marathon at the 1968 Summer Olympics. There he finished in 43rd position, clocking 2:50:16.8. He came in fifth in the same event at the 1974 Commonwealth Games. Farrington claimed four national titles in the marathon.
