The California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) is the governing body for high school sports in the U.S. state of California. CIF membership includes both public and private high schools. Unlike most other state organizations, it does not have single, statewide championships for all sports; instead, for some sports, the CIF's 10 Sections each have their own championships.

Its membership includes most public and private high schools in Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura, and central and southern Santa Barbara counties. At the start of the 2018/9 season, 13 schools from San Luis Obispo County and northern Santa Barbara County left the Southern Section to join the much smaller CIF Central Section. Teams from the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) and surrounding areas have competed in the CIF Los Angeles City Section since 1935. CIFSS's offices are located in Los Alamitos.
El Diamante High School, known locally as "El D", is a WASC-accredited high school serving students in grades 9–12 in Visalia, California, USA, in Tulare County. It was established as Visalia Unified School District's fourth public high school in 2002. Its current feeder elementary schools are Cottonwood Creek Elementary, Crestwood Elementary, Goshen Elementary, Linwood Elementary, and Veva Blunt Elementary whose students will attend either La Joya Middle School or Ridgeview Middle School prior to their 9th-grade year.

This high school is part of the Tulare Joint Union High School District, along with Tulare Western High School and Mission Oak High School, led by Superintendent Tony Rodriguez. Enrollment at the four-year high school is approximately 1,650 for the current school year.
Yosemite High School (YHS) is a secondary school in the Yosemite Unified School District in Oakhurst, California. YHS occupies 100 acres (0.40 km2) of rolling, wooded hills and is located within the foothills of California's Sierra Nevada. Yosemite High School was recognized as a California Distinguished School in 2001 and 2005. The school opened in September 1976 and enrollment in 2020-2021 was 537 students.
