The Weyerhaeuser Corporate Headquarters is a modernist building in Federal Way, Washington and the former home of timberland company Weyerhaeuser. [1] [2] [3] [4] The campus was designed by architect Edward Charles Bassett and landscape architect Peter Walker. [3] [4]
The campus was sold by Weyerhaeuser in 2016 when the company moved to a new office in Seattle's Pioneer Square. [2] The property was purchased by Industrial Realty Group and renamed to Woodbridge Corporate Park.

Everett Station is an train station serving the city of Everett, Washington, United States. The station has been served by Cascades and Empire Builder since opening in 2002, replacing an earlier station near the Port of Everett. The four-story building also houses social service programs and is the center of a 10-acre (4 ha) complex that includes parking lots and a large bus station used primarily by Community Transit, Everett Transit, and Sound Transit Express. The station has served as the northern terminus of the Sounder N Line since 2003 and the Swift Blue Line since 2009. It consists of two side platforms, one serving Amtrak and the other serving Sounder commuter trains. Everett Station also functions as a park and ride, with 1,067 short-term parking spaces located in lots around the station after it was expanded by Sound Transit in 2009.

The Weyerhaeuser Office Building is a building located in Everett, Washington, that was once listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The building was built in 1923. Weyerhaeuser, at the time the largest employer in Everett, commissioned architect Carl Gould to design a 6,000-square-foot (560 m2) building that would showcase local wood varieties such as fir, cedar, and hemlock. The building houses a two-story, concrete-and-steel, 160 ton vault that was originally used to store the company payroll. The Gothic-style structure was erected at the company's first Everett plant, known as Mill A.

Bellevue 600 is a future high-rise office building developed by Amazon in Bellevue, Washington, United States. It began construction in 2021 and is scheduled to be completed in 2025. The 43-story, 600-foot-tall (180 m) building would join 555 Tower as the tallest building in Bellevue. The project is located in Downtown Bellevue at the intersection of Northeast 6th Street and 110th Avenue Northeast, adjacent to the Bellevue Transit Center and a future Link light rail station. A second phase would construct a 27-story tower to the west, replacing an existing office building.
...certainly the best building you're going to see on the I-5 corridor between Tacoma and Seattle. That's selling it short, though. Draped at every level in English ivy, the building that's been described as a skyscraper on its side also manages to look like it's a natural outgrowth of the earth.
