What About Us is the third studio album of American R&B group Livin Out Loud. It was released first in the United Kingdom. As of July 2, 2006, it ranked number 7 on the World Hip Hop Chart and number 7 also on the UK Hip Hop Chart.
The album was pre-released on CD Baby before its official UK release in September 2006. [1]
In London, Livin Out Loud achieved chart success with the single, "All That Really Matters," which went to #1 on the DJ Play list. This led to a deal with Fontana Distribution, a Universal Music Group company. "Lately" made it onto Billboard’s Hot Adult R&B Airplay chart and became #1 in several markets, including Little Rock and New Orleans. "Lately" also charted at #31 on the Urban Adult Contemporary Chart. [2] "So Amazing" was the featured track on Bob Mardis' award-winning documentary, Keeping The Faith, about rebuilding efforts by faith-based organizations after Hurricane Katrina.
In 2010, the music video, "Brokeazz (Radio Edit)," received over 300,000 YouTube views in the first few months of its release. [3]
The songs "Lately" and "All That Really Matters (5am Remix)" appear on the UK release of their 2015 album, Take It Easy, in addition to an interlude form of "You Are My Sunshine."

Amel Eliza Larrieux is an American singer-songwriter and keyboardist. Larrieux rose to fame in the mid-1990s as a founding member of the duo Groove Theory along with Bryce Wilson. After leaving the group in 1999, she released her debut solo album, Infinite Possibilities, the following year on Epic Records.
"Leave " is the debut single by American singer JoJo from her self-titled debut studio album (2004). It was released as the album's lead single on February 24, 2004. Produced by Danish production duo Soulshock & Karlin, the song became a commercial success, reaching number 12 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and number two in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and on the European Hot 100 Singles. "E.I." is a song by American rapper Nelly. It was released as a single on October 17, 2000, taken from Nelly's 2000 debut album, Country Grammar. It peaked at number 11 on the UK Singles Chart and 16 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. The music video was directed by Little X and drew controversy for its misogynistic themes.

Reuben MacCalla, also known professionally as Reuben Alexander, is the creative producer for the group and its label, Kin Productions. He is also a performer, songwriter, and producer. Sylvia MacCalla is an actor, singer, songwriter, and co-executive producer. The group also formerly included Lisa LaShawn, Dminor, and J. Martini. J Martini is a singer, songwriter, and actor. Lisa LaShawn is a singer and songwriter. Though no longer in the foreground, J. Martini and Dminor both maintain involvement with the group, the former as a guitarist and songwriter, the latter as a music video director. The group is known for its tracks "More Than a Fantasy," "Where's the Love," "You Make Me Smile," "What About Us" and "All That Really Matters."
