Wilfredo Aristides Tejada Andujar (born November 12,1962) is a former Major League Baseball player. Tejada played for the Montreal Expos in 1986 and 1988.

Palmeiro was an All-American at Mississippi State University before being drafted by the Chicago Cubs in 1985. He played for the Cubs (1986–1988), Texas Rangers, and the Baltimore Orioles.

Wallace Moses was an American professional baseball right fielder, who played Major League Baseball for the Philadelphia Athletics, Chicago White Sox (1942–46) and Boston Red Sox (1946–48). Moses batted and threw left-handed, stood 5 feet 10 inches (1.78 m) tall and weighed 160 pounds (73 kg). He was born in Uvalda, Georgia and attended Vidalia High School. He is the only player in Major League Baseball history to accomplish a "walk off steal of home" more than once, which he did twice.
Edwin David Joost was an American professional baseball player and manager. He played as a shortstop in Major League Baseball for all or portions of 17 seasons between 1936 and 1955. In 1954, Joost became the third and last manager in the 54-year history of the Philadelphia Athletics. Under Joost, the A's finished last in the American League and lost over 100 games. After that season, they relocated to Kansas City.
Ramon Gaspar Henderson is a former bullpen coach for the Philadelphia Phillies of Major League Baseball (MLB) from 1998 to 2008. In 2008, he was given a coaching position with the Rookie-level Clearwater Phillies. At the end of 2009, he was released from the Phillies organization. However, in November 2012, he was rehired as a coach for the GCL Phillies. Henderson also played minor league baseball as an infielder in the Phillies organization from 1982 until 1989.

The game was awarded in August 2003, and was held at Comerica Park on July 12, 2005 in Detroit, Michigan, the home of the Detroit Tigers of the American League. The game resulted in the American League defeating the National League 7–5, thus awarding an AL team home-field advantage in the 2005 World Series. In this game Rawlings first previewed the Coolflo batting helmets, which became standard the following season.
