William Anaam Atuguba is a former justice of the Supreme Court of Ghana. [1]
Atuguba was first enrolled as a magistrate on 3 October 1974. He has worked as a private lawyer and served as a prosecutor and state attorney before being appointed a Supreme Court Judge by President Rawlings in 1995. [2] He was the acting Chief Justice from May 25,2016,until June 3,2016,while Justice Georgina Theodora Woode was outside the country on official duties. [1] He was for a period,the most senior judge in the Supreme Court. He acted as Chief Justice from 21 February 2017 [3] prior to the retirement of Georgina Theodora Wood on 8 June 2017 [4] until 19 June 2017 when Sophia Akuffo was sworn in by President Akufo-Addo as the new Chief Justice. He has been one of the longest serving members of the Supreme Court of Ghana. He was a judge for 44 years and a Supreme Court judge from 1995 to 2018,a total of almost 23 years. [6]

Joyce Adeline Bamford-Addo,is a Ghanaian barrister and judge who served as the first female Speaker of the Parliament of Ghana from 2009 to 2013. She was the first woman to be elected to that position in the West African sub-region. Bamford-Addo also was the first female Justice of the Supreme Court of Ghana. She served in that role from 1991 till 2004 when she retired.

Francis Yaonasu Kpegah is a retired Ghanaian judge who was on the Supreme Court of Ghana between 1993 and 2008. He was appointed to the Supreme Court on 6 January 1993. Joseph Bawa Akamba is a Ghanaian judge,who served as a justice of the Supreme Court of Ghana from 2012 to 2016. He was sworn into office by the President of Ghana,John Dramani Mahama in the presence of the Chief Justice of Ghana,Georgina Theodora Wood in November 2012. He retired from the Supreme Court in 2016. He had served a total of about 40 years in the Ghanaian Judicial Service. In 1994,he also served as Director of Public Prosecutions in The Gambia.
