"Windshield Smasher" is the first single from psychedelic pop band Black Moth Super Rainbow's fifth album, Cobra Juicy . Black Moth Super Rainbow founder, Tobacco, released the song as a "90's-style maxi-single" containing remixes and b-sides. [1]

Background

The song was initially released via Tobacco's SoundCloud on July 24, 2012. [2] During the first week of August, Tobacco confirmed remixes by surrealist prank caller Longmont Potion Castle, Odd Nosdam, Zackey Force Funk, Junk Culture and several others for the single. [3] [4] The release date and track listing were confirmed on August 7, 2012. [5]

On August 21, 2012, a download of the EP was made available to Kickstarter backers. A CD edition limited to 500 copies was released through the official Rad Cult store.

Eating Us is the fourth studio album by Pennsylvania based band Black Moth Super Rainbow released on May 26, 2009 on the CD format. With a running time of just under 36 minutes, it is the shortest full-length release by the band to date. The album was released in a limited-edition "hairy" version, in which the CD case is stored inside a bag made of synthetic hair. The "hairy" version was sold out before the album was even released due to pre-orders. After many delays, Eating Us was released in a 180 gram "Audiophile" edition on black vinyl on April 6, 2010. A Double LP version, limited to 1000 copies, was released April 17, 2010 on Record Store Day. The Double LP is on Amber 150 gram vinyl with foil prints on sides b and d. Both LP versions come in Stoughton gatefold packaging done with foil printing.

Psychic Love Damage is an abandoned album by the American psychedelic rock band Black Moth Super Rainbow, released in 2012. It was originally started as the band's fifth album until front man Tobacco felt unsatisfied with the results and decided to scrap the album and go in a different direction that led to the creation of Cobra Juicy. He wrote on the band's Facebook page, "in 2011 i made a bmsr record called Psychic Love Damage..., but it wasn't very exciting. and not good enough in my opinion for you to spend your $ on. so i junked it for its best moments and made an album that i'm really in love with." The Psychic Love Damage EP is made up of tracks not redone for Cobra Juicy and was released in vinyl form for the Cobra Juicy kickstarter.
