Wonderlick Entertainment is an Australian music company with its head office located in Sydney, Australia. [1] It was founded by co-CEOs Gregg Donovan and Stu MacQueen in 2007, [2] building on Donovan's existing list of clients. Donovan and MacQueen expanded from a management company into a full service music company, adding a joint venture record label with Sony Music (Wonderlick Recording Company) and a publishing company (Wonderlick Publishing). [3] [4] In 2019, The Music ranked Donovan and McQueen at number twenty-two in their "Power 50" ranking of top Australian music business personnel based on their management of Wonderlick. [5]

In October 2020, it was announced that Stu MacQueen and Dan Crannitch, both of Wonderlick, would be providing professional mentoring for the sixth Robert Stigwood Fellowship in South Australia. [7]

Grinspoon are an Australian rock band from Lismore, New South Wales, formed in 1995 and fronted by Phil Jamieson on vocals and guitar with Pat Davern on guitar, Joe Hansen on bass guitar and Kristian Hopes on drums. Airbourne (band) Australian hard rock band

Airbourne are an Australian hard rock band formed in Warrnambool, Victoria in 2003. Mainstay members are Joel O'Keeffe on lead vocals and lead guitar, and his brother Ryan O'Keeffe on drums. They were later joined by Justin Street on bass guitar and backing vocals. David Roads was also a mainstay member until leaving the band in April 2017 – Harri Harrison was announced as his replacement.

Wes Carr Australian singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist

Wesley Dean "Wes" Carr, also recording as Buffalo Tales, is an Australian singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, best known for winning the sixth season of Australian Idol in 2008. He released his first studio album, Simple Sum, independently in 2008 shortly before entering Australian Idol. After Idol, he signed a record deal with Sony Music Australia and released his debut single, "You". The song peaked at number one on the ARIA Singles Chart and was certified Gold by the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA). Carr's second studio album, The Way the World Looks, soon followed after. It reached number two on the ARIA Albums Chart and also achieved Gold certification. The second single "Feels Like Woah" peaked at number 14 and gained Gold certification. In June 2011, Carr released "Been a Long Time", the lead single from his third album. It peaked at number 33 on the ARIA Singles Chart. In November 2011, Carr announced that he was no longer with Sony and would be releasing his album independently. In August 2012 Carr released an EP titled Blood & Bone under the pseudonym Buffalo Tales. His third studio album "Roadtrip Confessions" was released in June 2013 and debuted at number 83.

The Paper Kites are an Australian indie rock/folk rock band from Melbourne, Victoria. The band was formed in 2009 by lead vocalist/guitarist Sam Bentley and keyboardist/guitarist Christina Lacy. To date, the band have released five studio albums and four EPs. Their latest studio album, Roses, was released on 12 March 2021.

Montaigne (musician) Australian musician

Jessica Alyssa Cerro, who performs as Montaigne, is an Australian art pop singer-songwriter-musician and Twitch streamer. Her debut album, Glorious Heights, was released on 5 August 2016, which peaked at No. 4 on the ARIA Albums Chart. At the ARIA Music Awards of 2016 she won Breakthrough Artist – Release for the album and was nominated for three other categories. In April 2016 she was a featured vocalist on Hilltop Hoods' track, "1955", which reached No. 2 on the ARIA Singles Chart. She was supposed to represent Australia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 with her song "Don't Break Me", until the contest was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Instead, she represented Australia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 with the song "Technicolour", but did not qualify from the semi-final, becoming the first Australian entrant not to qualify to the final since the debut of Australia in 2015.

Amy Shark Australian indie pop singer-songwriter and musician

Amy Louise Billings, known professionally as Amy Shark, is an Australian indie pop singer-songwriter-guitarist and producer from the Gold Coast, Queensland. During 2008 to 2012, her early solo material was released and performed under the name Amy Cushway. Her 2016 single "Adore" peaked at number 3 on the ARIA Singles Chart and was also listed at number 2 on the Triple J Hottest 100, 2016. Her album Love Monster debuted at number 1 on the ARIA Albums Chart. Shark has won 8 ARIA Music Awards from 22 nominations, including winning Best Pop Release three times: in 2017 for her extended play, Night Thinker, 2018 for Love Monster and 2020 for "Everybody Rise".

Max & Bianca were an Australian pop duo formed by Max Donovan and Bianca Oechsle in 2011. Their debut single, "Love Drunk", reached the ARIA Singles Chart top 100. They disbanded late in 2015.

<i>Fire Fight Australia</i>

Fire Fight Australia was a fundraising concert held on Sunday, 16 February 2020, as a means for raising funds for the national bushfire relief following the 2019–20 Australian bushfire season, known as the 'Black Summer'. It was held at ANZ Stadium in Sydney, Australia. It ran for 10 hours and was broadcast live on television by the Seven Network and Foxtel. A related album by various artists, Artists Unite for Fire Fight: Concert for National Bushfire Relief was released by Sony in March.

But for All These Shrinking Hearts is the fifth studio album by Australian musician, Josh Pyke. It was his first on new label Wonderlick Entertainment and released in July 2015. The album peaked at number 2 on the ARIA Charts.

The 2020 ARIA Music Awards is the 34th Annual Australian Recording Industry Association Awards and consist of a series of awards. The ARIA Awards ceremony occurred on 25 November 2020, with Delta Goodrem as host. However due to COVID-safe restrictions, it was without an audience and was broadcast from the Star Event Centre, Sydney on the Nine Network around Australia. In place of the usual Red Carpet event, a pre-show was broadcast from The Star's backstage and was hosted by Ash London and Mitch Churi. The pre-show had 16 awards presented ahead of the main ceremony.
