History

The band first started performing in 2016 in Durban; several members who oined Xavleg were already part of Vulvodynia, another South-African band. [2] They first released an EP the same year as forming and later released a full-length album and single, titled Gore 2.0 and Invoke the Smoke, respectively, both in 2018. [3] The members of the band are Duncan Bentley, [4] Byron Dunwoody and Kris Xenopoulos. [5]

Name

The name of the band is a 52-letter abbreviation for "Acidic Vaginal Liquid Explosion Generated By Mass Amounts Of Filthy Fecal Fisting And Sadistic Septic Syphilic Sodomy Inside The Infected Maggot Infested Womb Of A Molested Nun Dying Under The Roof Of A Burning Church While A Priest Watches And Ejaculates In Immense Perverse Pleasure Over His First Fresh Fetus".
