Yasmani Romero

Yasmani Romero (born 26 September 1988, Las Tunas) is a Cuban weightlifter. [1] He competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the Men's 56 kg, finishing 11th with a total of 258 kg. [2] [3]

Acosta qualified Chile for the 2020 Summer Olympics by winning the gold medal from the 2020 Pan American Olympic Qualification Tournament. Competing for Chile since 2017, he has claimed the 2018 South American Games gold medal, prestigious bronze medals from the 2017 World Championships and the 2019 Pan American Games and has also become a two–time Pan American Continental Championship medalist, earning silver in 2017 and bronze in 2018.
