Yorga is a village in the Tavas District of Denizli Province in Turkey. [1]
Denizli Province is a province of Turkey in Western Anatolia, on high ground above the Aegean coast. Neighbouring provinces are Uşak to the north, Burdur, Isparta, Afyon to the east, Aydın, Manisa to the west and Muğla to the south. It is located between the coordinates 28° 30’ and 29° 30’ E and 37° 12’ and 38° 12’ N. It covers an area of 11,868 km2, and the population is 931,823. The population was 750,882 in 1990. The provincial capital is the city of Denizli.
A tava(h), tawa(h), tapa, saj, or saj tava is a flat or concave disc-shaped frying pan or griddle, usually made of cast iron, aluminum, or carbon steel. It may be enameled or given a non-stick surface. It is used in the cuisines of Central, West, and South Asia, and of the Caucasus, the Caribbean, and the Balkans. The large concave styles of tava, sometimes called a saj or sac tava, may be turned upside down for cooking a variety of flatbreads on the convex side. The concave side is used like a wok or frying pan.

Karahisar is a town in Tavas district of Denizli Province, Turkey. It is situated at 37°37′N28°57′E along the Akçay creek, a tributary of Büyükmenderes River. The distance to Tavas is 10 kilometres (6.2 mi). The population of Karahisar was 3403 as of 2012. The settlement was founded in 1530s by [Armenians]. The earlier name of the settlement Karaasar probably refers to Kara Fatma, the wife of the tribe. Gülfem one of the concubines of Suleyman I, the Ottoman sultan commissioned a mosque and a fountain in the settlement. In 1954 the settlement was declared a seat of township.
