Yoshua Sudarso (born April 12, 1989[ citation needed ]) is an Indonesian-born American actor.
Sudarso was born in Surabaya, Indonesia to Indonesian parents of Chinese descent. His family moved to Cerritos, California, when he was nine years old. [1] He studied at Cal State Long Beach initially pursuing a career in math and accounting before eventually switching to theater. [2] He is famous for playing Koda, the Blue Ranger in Power Rangers Dino Charge and Power Rangers Dino Super Charge. Sudarso also has one younger brother, Peter Adrian Sudarso, who is also an actor and model. He played a Power Ranger as well, playing as Preston Tien, the Blue Ranger from Power Rangers Ninja Steel and Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel.
Sudarso began his career working in stunts working on major motion pictures and television shows such as The Maze Runner, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. , Alita: Battle Angel and more. [3]
Sudarso was a suit-actor for Power Rangers Samurai and Power Rangers Megaforce [4] before he was finally cast in a main role as Koda for Power Rangers Dino Charge .
He was cast as the lead in Mike Wiluan's Indonesian-language spaghetti western film Buffalo Boys . The film was the first project back in his home country. [5] The movie became Singapore's submission for the Oscars Foreign Film category. [6]
In August 2018, he joined the cast of the Manila-set independent drama Empty by Design and starred alongside Rhian Ramos, Osric Chau and Chris Pang. [7] The same month, it was announced he joined the cast in a key supporting role in his second Indonesian-language project Milly & Mamet, [8] a spin-off from Riri Riza's popular Ada Apa Dengan Cinta? franchise, alongside Sissy Priscilla and Dennis Adhiswara.
In 2022, Sudarso starred in the David Leitch action film, Bullet Train , as the younger version of Hiroyuki Sanada's character, "the Elder." [9]

Dr. Thomas "Tommy" Oliver is a fictional character in the American live-action television franchise Power Rangers. He is best known as being the original Green Ranger and the first evil Ranger who fought and nearly defeated the original Power Rangers while under the control of Rita Repulsa. He was eventually freed from Rita's spell and aligned himself with the other Power Rangers. He is a main character in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers TV series, as well as four of its successive incarnations Mighty Morphin Alien Rangers, Power Rangers Zeo, Power Rangers Turbo, and Power Rangers Dino Thunder. He also appeared in the Power Rangers Wild Force episode "Forever Red", the Power Rangers S.P.D. episode "Wormhole", the Power Rangers Super Megaforce episode "Legendary Battle", and in the Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel episode "Dimensions in Danger". He was portrayed by actor Jason David Frank in all of his appearances from the Zordon era until Saban Brands era's seasons of the franchise prior to his death in November 2022, with the exception of the episode "Wormhole", where he appeared only in Ranger form and was voiced by actor Jeffrey Parazzo. He was also infrequently portrayed by actor Michael Gotto in instances where the story required the character during childhood, such as in the series Mighty Morphin Alien Rangers.

Power Rangers Dino Charge is the twenty-second season of the long-running television program Power Rangers. Using footage, costumes and props from Japanese 37th Super Sentai Series Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger, it is the first season to be distributed by Saban Brands Entertainment Group, after the formation of two new units within the company called Saban Brands Lifestyle Group and Saban Brands Entertainment Group on December 11, 2014.
