Young Joshua is an American Christian hip hop recording artist from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. [1] Joshua is signed to the Christian hip hop label Cross Movement Records and has released one studio album entitled Thinking Out Loud which reached 23 on the Gospel Billboard Charts in 2010. [2]

Young Joshua began writing rap lyrics at the age of 11. However his skills did not improve until he reached the age of 17 years old. He contributed this change in his rap style due to the fact that he changed his spiritual view. He then refocus his craft of music and aim it at Christians and non-Christians who had not yet experience the word on God [3]

Music career

Young Joshua started his career as an independent artist, but in 2010 he signed with Cross Movement Records. To date, Young Joshua has been featured on 50 different Christian albums and has released one studio album. [4]

The discography of American Christian hip hop artist Andy Mineo, formerly known as C-Lite, consists of three studio albums, three mixtapes, one compilation album, twenty-one singles, including seven as a featured performer, fourteen music videos, including six as a featured artist, and fifteen guest appearances on various albums. Originally from Syracuse, Mineo initially achieved success as a producer in Upstate New York, and was a member of the hip hop group Fat Camp, signed to Syracuse University's Marshall Street Records. After moving to New York City where he re-dedicated his life to Christ, he closed down his production studio and restarted his career. He released his first mixtape Sin is Wack Vol. 1 in 2009. Derek Laurence Johnson Jr., better known by his stage name Derek Minor and former stage name PRo, is an American Christian rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, entrepreneur, actor, and screenwriter. He co-founded the hip-hop record label Reflection Music Group (RMG) with Doc Watson, and signed to Reach Records in a joint venture between the two labels in 2011. In 2012, Johnson announced that he had changed his stage name from Pro to Derek Minor. In 2014, he announced that as his two-album contract with Reach was complete, he would no longer be publishing releases through that label.

Reach Records is an American independent record label specializing in Christian hip hop. The label was founded in 2004 by Ben Washer and the hip-hop artist Lecrae. In addition to Lecrae, the Reach Records roster contains artists like Tedashii, Trip Lee, Andy Mineo, 1K Phew, WHATUPRG, Anike, Hulvey, Limoblaze, and Jackie Hill Perry. So It Begins was released independently in 2011. Lamp Mode Recordings released his second studio album So It Continues in 2012, and this album would be his breakthrough release on the Billboard charts.

Rodnie Jerome Graham, Jr., who goes by the stage name Swift but formerly R-Swift, is an American Christian hip hop musician. His first album, Elevation 81.02, was released in 2003, with I-66 Entertainment. The second album, Revolutionary Theme Muzik, was released with Cross Movement Records in 2007. In 2008, he released his third album, Soapbox, which became his first album to debut on the Billboard Top Gospel Albums charts. His fourth album, Anthem, released in 2009 and also reached the chart. Anthony Regis Jones, who goes by the stage name K-Drama, is an American rapper. His first studio album, Behind the Glory, came out in 2006. His Billboard chart debut album, We Fit: The Workout Plan, came out in 2010. His most recent album, Winds & .Waves, was self-released in 2013 and charted on a Billboard chart.

Everyday Process is a Christian hip hop duo from Chester, Pennsylvania. The members are Iz-Real and Mac the Doulos. In 2007, Cross Movement Records released the duo's first album Everyday Process: The Process of Illumination & Elimination. This charted on two Billboard charts. The second and last album from the duo in 2009 was Outtadisworld, with Cross Movement Records.

6 Way St. is an American Christian R&B and Christian hip hop group signed to the Cross Movement Records. They are based out of Indianapolis, Indiana. The group consists of two male M.C.'s, three female vocalists and one female DJ.
