Young and Foolish is the second comedy album released by Northern Irish comedian and actor James Young.

Contents

The album cover features a picture taken by Stanley Matchett. In the picture Young and his business partner Jack Hudson are standing on the back of an Ulster Transport Authority bus. Each man has a speech bubble coming from his mouth. Husdon's states "James Young in" with Young's replying "Young and Foolish". The back cover features a poem and sleeve notes written by John Knipe.

Re-release

Emerald Music re-released the album in 1999 in a four-disc boxset to commemorate the 25th Anniversary of Young's death. The album was boxed with three of Young's other comedy albums ( The Young Ulsterman , Very Much Live In Canada and Behind the Barricades ). The album was marketed as James Young: Ireland's Greatest Comic Legend Volume 1. [1]

<i>Dedication: The Very Best of Thin Lizzy</i>

Dedication: The Very Best of Thin Lizzy is a compilation album released by rock group Thin Lizzy in 1991. The only previously unreleased track was "Dedication", which was reconstructed after band leader Phil Lynott's death, using an old 8 track demo recording of a Grand Slam song originally recorded around 1985 and written by guitarist Laurence Archer. This track was the subject of a High Court case, as following Lynott's death Thin Lizzy released this track as a lost Thin Lizzy track, removing Archer's guitar and the writing credit from the track. Archer is now credited for writing this track.

Family Man (Mike Oldfield song) 1982 single by Mike Oldfield

"Family Man" is a pop rock song written by Mike Oldfield, Tim Cross, Rick Fenn, Mike Frye, Morris Pert, and Maggie Reilly. It became a hit song in 1982 for Mike Oldfield with Maggie Reilly as the vocalist. Hall & Oates achieved success a year later with their cover version. In 2009, Maggie Reilly recorded another version of the song for her solo studio album Looking Back Moving Forward.

The Second Australian Recording Industry Association Music Awards was held on 29 February 1988 at the Sheraton Wentworth Hotel in Sydney. Cliff Richard was the host, with Bryan Ferry, Feargal Sharkey and Ian "Molly" Meldrum included as presenters of the 21 awards. Other presenters were Rudi Grassner, Col Joye and Richard Wilkins. There were no live performances and the awards were not televised. A shouting match developed between manager Gary Morris, accepting awards for Midnight Oil, and former Countdown compere Meldrum who was presenting.

Pixie Lott English singer

Victoria Louise Lott, better known by her stage name Pixie Lott, is an English singer and songwriter. Her debut album, Turn It Up, released in September 2009, reached number six on the UK Albums Chart and sold over 1.5 million copies. It also spawned six consecutive top twenty singles on the UK Singles Chart, including two number-one singles, "Mama Do " and "Boys and Girls". Her second album, Young Foolish Happy (2011), spawned the number-one hit "All About Tonight", as well as the top ten singles "What Do You Take Me For?" and "Kiss the Stars". Watchtower (song)

"Watchtower" is the fifth single by British rapper Devlin, and the lead single from his second studio album, A Moving Picture (2013). The song features British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran and was produced by Labrinth. "Watchtower" was released on 16 August 2012 and entered the UK Singles Chart on 26 August 2012 at number 7, becoming Devlin's highest-charting single and first top 10 hit and Sheeran's fifth top 10 hit. The song samples the main chorus line from Bob Dylan's "All Along the Watchtower". It also borrows Jimi Hendrix's riff from the guitarist's cover.

Picture This are an Irish pop rock musical band based in Athy, County Kildare, Ireland, comprising Ryan Hennessy, Jimmy Rainsford, Owen Cardiff and Cliff Deane.
