Your Pie is an American fast-casual pizza concept, that was started in Athens, Georgia in 2008 by Drew French, and operates as a restaurant franchise with 70 locations across 19 states. Your Pie has customizable 10-inch pizzas, pasta bowls, and salads. The restaurant uses brick ovens to cook their pizzas. [1] Gelato (Italian ice cream), craft beer and wine are also available.
Founder Drew French worked in the kitchens of many franchise brands throughout his college career. In May 2006, French vacationed with his wife to the island of Ischia for their honeymoon, an Italian island off the coast of Naples, where his wife's family is from. It was here where the concept for Your Pie began. Brick oven pizza was everywhere in Ischia. Noticing how quickly custom, artisan pies could be made through using a brick oven, French's idea for a build-it-yourself, quick-serve pizza place came to be. [2]
Customers select which hand-tossed dough, homemade sauce, and all-natural cheese will be used for their customized pizza. [3] The restaurant provides 35 ingredients to top pizzas with before the pizza is cooked. [4]
In March 2013, Entrepreneur Magazine listed Your Pie as #66 in a list of Top New Franchises. [5] In June 2013, 1851 Magazine also selected Your Pie as one of 64 Restaurants To Watch for the year. [6] In October 2015, Your Pie's Peach Prosciutto craft series pizza was selected as the East Coast Pizza Championship winner. [7]

Georgie Pie was a fast food chain owned by retailer Progressive Enterprises specialising in meat pies that hoped to be "New Zealand’s own homegrown alternative to the global fast-food industry giants such as McDonald's, Pizza Hut and Burger King". The first Georgie Pie restaurant opened in 1977, and at its peak there were 32 restaurants across New Zealand. With a carry-out and delivery service model in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, in 2022 it had 43 restaurants in operation overall. It does not sell slices, only whole pies, which are cooked by coal-fired brick oven. It also sells wines and appetizers, as well as calzones. Among desserts are cannoli and tiramisu, as well as New York–style cheesecake.

Founded in 2011 by Carl Chang, the brother of former tennis player Michael Chang, Pieology's mission is to "turn one of America's favorite food into an affordable and interactive experience". Pieology's main rivals are Blaze Pizza and MOD Pizza. By October 2018, Pieology had a single unit in Mexico plus approximately 140 units in 23 American states and territories with more than half of those restaurants located in the state of California.
Roman Candle Baking Co., or simply Roman Candle, was a bakery and pizzeria–restaurant in the Richmond neighborhood of Portland, Oregon. Duane Sorenson opened Roman Candle in 2013, with a menu offering wood-fired pizza and other Italian cuisine, including sandwiches, breads, green salads, pastries, and baked potatoes. Dan Griffin and Joshua McFadden served as the baker and chef, respectively. The bakery started supplying select menu items to Sorenson's Stumptown Coffee Roasters locations in late 2015. Roman Candle received a generally positive reception, with the pizzas and kouign-amann receiving the most praise. The restaurant closed in April 2018 for renovations, ahead of a rebrand as a gluten-free and vegan cafe called Holiday, which Sorenson launched one month later.
