The Yukon Liquor Corporation regulates the distribution, purchase and sale of alcoholic beverages in the Canadian territory of Yukon.
The Corporation came into existence in 1977 as a result of amendments to the Liquor Act. It currently operates six liquor stores and a central facility in Whitehorse.

Yukon is the smallest and westernmost of Canada's three territories. It also is the second-least populated province or territory in Canada, with a population of 43,964 as of March 2022. Whitehorse, the territorial capital, is the largest settlement in any of the three territories.
Kaoliang liquor, Gaoliang liquor or Sorghum liquor is a strong distilled liquor of Chinese origin made from fermented sorghum. It is a type of light-aroma Baijiu. The liquor originates from Dazhigu, first appearing in the Ming Dynasty and is widely consumed across northern China in provinces such as Hebei, Shaanxi, and Shandong. It is primarily made and sold in China and Taiwan, but is also popular in Korea, where it is called goryangju or bbaegal. Kaoliang ranges usually between 38 and 63 percent alcohol by volume. At present, world's highest alcohol content of kaoliang liquor is up to 92% produced by Chyi Leh Wei Distillery in Taiwan.
Yukon Jack is a Canadian honey based liqueur, made from Canadian Whisky and honey, advertised as “The Black Sheep of Canadian Liquors”. The alcoholic beverage is named after the pioneer Leroy Napoleon 'Jack' McQuesten. It is a 50% alcohol by volume, or 100 proof liqueur. The origin of the liqueur is unknown, but it was advertised in Maryland in the United States as early as 1946, later imported by Heublein Inc in the 1970s. It is now produced in Valleyfield, Quebec and owned by the Sazerac Company. Yukon Jack was selected as the regimental liqueur used for special occasions and commemorations for the South Alberta Light Horse and the 19th Alberta Dragoons.
An alcohol monopoly is a government monopoly on manufacturing and/or retailing of some or all alcoholic beverages, such as beer, wine and spirits. It can be used as an alternative for total prohibition of alcohol. They exist in all Nordic countries except Denmark proper, and in all provinces and territories in Canada except Alberta. In the United States, there are some alcoholic beverage control states, where alcohol wholesale is controlled by a state government operation and retail sales are offered by either state or private retailers.

In conjunction with the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation, WCLC offers Canada's highest payout lotteries, Lotto 6/49, Lotto Max, and Daily Grand.

The Northern Territories Alcohol Labels Study was a scientific experiment in Canada on the effects of alcohol warning labels. It was terminated after lobbying from the alcohol industry, and later relaunched with industry-advocated experimental design changes: omitting the "Alcohol can cause cancer" label, not labelling some alcohol products, and shortening the time period.
