Yusuf Abdirisak (born 6 August 1999) is a Qatari professional footballer who plays as a winger for Qatar Stars League side Al Sadd and the Qatar national team.

Club career

Abdurisag began his professional career with Al Sadd SC in 2018. In January 2019 he was loaned to Al-Arabi SC and returned in August 2020. In January 2023 he joined Al-Wakrah SC. [1]

International career

In June 2023, during an international friendly against New Zealand, Abdurisag was accused of racially abusing Michael Boxall. The match was subsequently abandoned when the New Zealand players refused to return after half-time in protest at referee Manuel Schuttengruber's response to the alleged incident. [2] [3] Abdurisag later denied the accusation. [4]
