Indian Institute of Public Health, Gandhinagar (IIPHG) is a private university located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. The university was established in 2015 by the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) through The Indian Institute of Public Health Gandhinagar Act, 2015, one of five Indian Institutes of Public Health established by PHFI and the first to be granted university status. It is the first university in India to focus solely on public health.

Queen Oja is an Indian politician. She has been elected to the Lok Sabha, lower house of the Parliament of India from Guwahati, Assam in the 2019 Indian general election as a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. She was earlier the Mayor of Guwahati.

Local elections were held in the Indian state of Gujarat in 2021. Elections were held for 8,235 seats, with 237 seats having only one unopposed candidates. No form was filled for two seats in Taluka panchayat. The elections included six municipal corporations where elections took place in February — Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot, Bhavnagar and Jamnagar – and one (Gandhinagar) in which the elections were held on 3 October. Results to Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation were declared on 5 October 2021.
