The ZLM Tour was a cycling race held annually between 1996 and 2019 in Goes and its surroundings, in the Dutch province of Zeeland. From 2008 to 2018, it was held as part of the UCI Under 23 Nations' Cup, and as such, was contested by national teams. In 2019, the race was known as the Grote Prijs Arjaan de Schipper, [1] with the ZLM Tour nomenclature moving to the former Ster ZLM Toer.
Marcel Sieberg is a German former road racing cyclist, who last rode for UCI WorldTeam Team Bahrain Victorious. He turned professional in 2005. He competed in the Tour de France a total of nine times. For the majority of his career, he was one of André Greipel's lead-out men, having been teammates at both Team HTC–Columbia (2008–2010) and then later Lotto–Soudal (2011–2018). In that role he assisted Greipel to over 100 race wins. However, in August 2018 it emerged that the pair would go their separate ways for 2019, with Sieberg signing an initial one-year deal with Bahrain–Merida, taking on a role as a lead-out man for another German sprinter, Phil Bauhaus. He played a role in Bauhaus' stage wins at the 2020 Tour of Saudi Arabia and the 2021 Tour de Hongrie. In June 2021, his team announced that he would retire at the end of the season.

Kenny Robert van Hummel is a retired road bicycle racer from the Netherlands, who specialised in sprint finishes. He competed professionally between 2006 and 2014, with the Skil–Shimano, Vacansoleil–DCM and Androni Giocattoli–Venezuela teams.

Pim Ligthart is a Dutch former professional road bicycle racer, who rode professionally between 2007 and 2008, and also 2011 to 2020, for the KrolStonE Continental Team, Vacansoleil–DCM, Lotto–Soudal, Roompot–Nederlandse Loterij and Total Direct Énergie teams.
Geert Omloop is a Belgian former professional road racing cyclist who was born in Herentals. He is the cousin of fellow cyclist Wim Omloop and the son of Marcel Omloop. He turned professional in 1997 having raced for several professional teams in 1995 and 1996 as a trainee. He became the Belgian National Road Race Champion in 2003, but lost the title in 2004 when he finished second.
Michael Van Staeyen is a Belgian former professional road racing cyclist, who competed as a professional from 2008 until 2022.
Robert Thomas Wagner is a German former professional cyclist, who competed professionally between 2006 and 2019 for the Team Milram, Wiesenhof–Felt, Skil–Shimano, RadioShack–Nissan, LottoNL–Jumbo and Arkéa–Samsic teams. He won the German National Road Race Championships in 2011, and was named in the start list for the 2016 Tour de France.
