Zac Hosking (born 26 February 1997) is an Australian rugby league footballer who plays as a second-row forward for the Canberra Raiders in the National Rugby League (NRL). He is the son of former NRL player David Hosking. [2]
He previously played for the Brisbane Broncos and Penrith Panthers in the NRL.
Hosking played his junior rugby league for the Central Charlestown Butcher Boys. [3]
Hosking made his first grade debut for Brisbane against St. George Illawarra in round 17 of the 2022 NRL season. [4]
On 18 February, Hosking played in Penrith's 13-12 upset loss to St Helens RFC in the 2023 World Club Challenge. [5] Hosking played 21 games for Penrith in the 2023 NRL season. He played in Penrith's qualifying final victory over the New Zealand Warriors but did not play in the 2023 NRL Grand Final in which Penrith defeated Brisbane. [6]
On 10 January, Hosking was granted an immediate release from Penrith to join the Canberra Raiders on a three year deal. [7] In round 1 of the 2024 NRL season, Hosking made his club debut for Canberra and scored a try in their 28-12 victory over Newcastle. [8] On 18 April, it was announced that Hosking would be ruled out indefinitely with a shoulder injury. [9]
Luke Priddis is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer. An Australian international and New South Wales State of Origin representative hooker, he played club football in the National Rugby League for the Canberra Raiders, Brisbane Broncos and Penrith Panthers and, finally, the St. George Illawarra Dragons with who he won the 2010 NRL Premiership.

Petero Civoniceva, is a Fijian-Australian former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1990s, 2000s and 2010s. A Queensland State of Origin and Australian international representative prop forward, in 2009 he broke the record for most international matches for Australia of any forward in history. Civoniceva played his club football for the Brisbane Broncos, with whom he won the 1998, 2000 and 2006 NRL Premierships, as well as for the Penrith Panthers, whom he captained. Late in his career whilst playing for the Redcliffe Dolphins in the Queensland Cup, Civoniceva captained the Fiji national team in their 2013 Rugby League World Cup campaign. The Petero Civoniceva Medal is awarded to the Australian Fijian rugby league footballer of the year, while the Civoniceva Medal is awarded to the Queensland Cup player voted as the best and fairest.
