Zee Turner

Zee Turner was a joint venture between Zee Entertainment Enterprises (owned by Essel Group) and Turner Broadcasting System (owned by WarnerMedia). It has the mandate to distribute Zee's and Turner's channels in India, Nepal and Bhutan. It was founded on 2 December 2002 and has the largest bouquet of channels in the Indian television industry.

Turner Broadcasting System American media conglomerate

Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. is a former American television and media conglomerate, part of AT&T's WarnerMedia. Founded by Ted Turner, and based in Atlanta, Georgia, it merged with Time Warner on October 10, 1996. Among its main properties were its namesake TBS, TNT, CNN, Turner Classic Movies, Cartoon Network and Adult Swim, and TruTV. It also licensed or had ownership interests in international versions of these properties. The headquarters of Turner's properties are located in both the CNN Center in Downtown Atlanta, and the Turner Broadcasting campus off Techwood Drive in Midtown Atlanta, which also houses Turner Studios.

WarnerMedia American multinational media conglomerate

WarnerMedia is an American multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate owned by AT&T and headquartered in New York City. It was originally formed in 1990 as Time Warner, from the merger of Time Inc. and Warner Communications. The company has film, television, cable, and publishing operations, and currently consists largely of the assets of the former Warner Communications, HBO, and Turner Broadcasting System. Its assets include Warner Bros., WarnerMedia Entertainment and WarnerMedia News & Sports.

A large Indian media group, Zee Entertainment Enterprises made a partnership with US-based online TV provider FilmOn.com to launch the TV channel.

Nick Jr. is an American pay television channel that is run by the Nickelodeon Group, a unit of the Viacom Media Networks division of Viacom, the channel's ultimate owner headquartered in New York City.
