Zena McNally (born 8 March 1979) is an English former-radio presenter and singer, best known as one of the original members of girl-group Mis-Teeq. She left in early 2001, only featuring on the group's first single Why .

McNally co-hosted the BBC 1Xtra Breakfast Show with Trevor Nelson from October 2007 to August 2008, leaving to move to the USA due to her then-husband's football career. [1]

McNally married footballer Cory Gibbs in July 2008 [2] , eventually divorcing in 2014. [3]

Lickin' on Both Sides is the debut studio album by British R&B/UK garage group Mis-Teeq, released by Telstar Records on 29 October 2001. It was primarily produced by Stargate, with additional production from Jensen & Larsson, and Synth among others. The album became a top-five success in the United Kingdom, reaching number three on the national albums chart. The album was re-released three times, with the final release, a special edition, being released on 22 June 2002. Lickin' on Both Sides was certified double platinum in the UK. Altogether the album spawned five top-ten singles.

Following the group disbanding in 2005, Dixon pursued a music career as a solo artist, signing a recording contract with Polydor Records. In 2006, she released her debut solo single "Lipstick", followed by her debut solo studio album, Fired Up, after which her popularity as a singer had declined and was subsequently dropped from Polydor.

Her first solo project, conceived after the disbandment of her former band, girl group Mis-Teeq, Dixon worked with a variety of producers on the album, including Peer Åström, Anders Bagge, Johnny Douglas, Paul Epworth, Brian Higgins, Richard Stannard, and Xenomania. Initially scheduled for a 6 November 2006 release through Polydor and Victor Entertainment in the United Kingdom, it was postponed indefinitely after Dixon was dropped by Polydor several days before its release.

In February 2005 the group announced they would be splitting to pursue solo careers.
