Zhaksybek Kulekeyev (also transcribed:Zhaksybek Kulekeev and Jaksybek Koulekeiev;in Kazakh :ЖақсыбекҚұлекеев,romanized: Jaqsybek Qūlekeev) is the first deputy CEO of KazMunayGas. [1] He was born on 24 July 1957 in Bostandyk,Zhambyl Province. In 1979 he graduated from the mathematical faculty of Kazakh state university. In 1979-1992 he worked in the Almaty Institute of National Economy and in 1992–1995 in the Kazakh State Economic University.
In 1995-1997 Zhaksybek Kulekeyev served as the first vice-president of Kazakhstan State Committee of Statistics and Analysis and in 1997–1999 as the Chairman of Kazakhstan Agency of Statistics.
In 1999-2000 Zhaksybek Kulekeyev was Minister of Economics,in 2000–2002 Minister of Economics and Trade,in 2002-2003 Chairman of Accounting Committee,and in 2003-2004 Minister of Education and Sciences.
In 2005-2006 Zhaksybek Kulekeyev was Rector of State Management Academy. Since January 2006 he works at KazMunayGas. Zhaksybek Kulekeyev is married and has one daughter and one son.
Tengizchevroil is a joint venture between Chevron,ExxonMobil,KazMunayGas and LukArco. The joint venture was formed in April 1993,when the government of Kazakhstan granted exclusive 40-year rights to Tengizchevroil LLP (TCO) to develop the Tengiz and Korolevskoye oil fields located in the north-eastern reaches of the Caspian Sea in Kazakhstan.

The Khvalynskoye gas field is a conventional gas condensate field located in the Kazakhstan's sector in the northern part of the Caspian Sea. It lies about 260 kilometres (160 mi) from Astrakhan at a sea depth of 25 to 30 metres. The operator of the project is Lukoil with 50% stake. Other partners are KazMunayGas (25%),Total S.A. (17%),and GDF Suez (8%).

Gulshara Naushaqyzy Abdykhalikova is a Kazakh politician who is currently an akim of Kyzylorda Region since 28 March 2020. Prior to that,she served as the member of the Mazhilis from 16 August 2019 to 27 March 2020,Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan twice from 25 February 2019 to 20 August 2019 and from 28 November 2013 to 11 November 2014.
