Zhiting Wu [1] (Zhuting Wu at some [2] ), (born November 18, 1995) also known as Joana Wu, is a Taiwan professional pool player.

Biography

Wu was born in Banqiao District of New Taipei City in 1995. [3]

In an international 9-Ball tournament, Wu consecutively defeated 2 former world champions, Xiaoting Pan from China [4] and Allison Fisher from England. [5] She has been called "無敵妹" (Invincible Gal) in 2013. [6]

In the Taiwan selection to Women's World 10-Ball Championship 2013, she was selected by defeating Lin Hsiao-Chi (WPA ranking 26th), Lai Hui-Shan (WPA ranking 15th) and 2013 World Games gold medal winner Chou, Chieh-Yu (WPA ranking 11th), all of which rank higher than Wu (WPA ranking 32nd) at that time. In Hokuriku Open Ladies 2013 held by JPBA, Wu defeated Mayumi Taguchi (Japan) with 7:3, 7:0 over Yukiko Tanaka (Japan) and 7:4 over Reiko Motohiro (Japan) in try out on October 5. On October 6 Wu defeated Emi Aoki (Japan) with 7:4, 7:4 over Junko Mitsuoka (Japan) and 7:2 over Chihiro Kawahara (Japan), who is Japan ranking #1 player and the champion of Japan Open Ladies 2014, [8] to get final. In the final, Wu defeated Kuo Szu-Ting, who also came from Taiwan, with 7:5. This was her first international tournament title. [9] [10] [11]

On December 11, 2013, Zhiting Wu got the third place in WPA World Junior Champions. [12]

Chang Jung-lin is a Taiwanese professional Eight-ball and Nine-ball pool player.

Joshua Filler is a German professional pool player from Bönen, Germany. In 2018 Filler defeated Carlo Biado 13–10 to win the 2018 WPA World Nine-ball Championship. In 2017 he was the youngest player to win the China Open, and in 2018 he also won the 10-ball European Pool Championships. Filler became WPA and Euro Tour world number 1 in 2019, and later he reached the final of the 2019 WPA World Ten-ball Championship before losing 10–7 to Ko Ping-chung.

Cheng Yu-hsuan, also sometimes known as Kevin Cheng is a Taiwanese professional pool player, representing Chinese Taipei. Yu-Hsuan reached world number 1 in 9-Ball in 2016, following winning U.S. Open 9-Ball Championships in 2015. He also reached the semi-finals of the 2016 WPA World Nine-ball Championship; where he would lose to Shane Van Boening 11–9.

Han Yu is a Chinese professional pool player. She is a three time WPA World Nine-ball Championship women's champion, winning the event in 2013, 2016 and 2018. Han is also a semi-finalist in three further world championships, in 2017 in the nine-ball event, and 2011 and 2014 in ten-ball.

Naoyuki Ōi is a Japanese professional pool player. Ōi is best known for finishing second in the World Ten-ball Championship twice, and represented Japan at the World Cup of Pool on six occasions.

Lin Yuan-chun is a professional pool player from Chinese Taipei.
