Zooni is an unreleased Indian Hindi-language film directed by Muzaffar Ali, starring Vinod Khanna and Dimple Kapadia. [1] [2] [3] The film was in production from 1988 and was expected to release in 1990. A film restoration undertaking was announced in 2024. [4]

Plot

Zooni is a period film revolving around the sixteenth century Kashmiri poetess Habba Khatoon (1554-1609 CE; also known as Zooni), queen of Yousuf Shah Chak, the ruler of Kashmir. After he was arrested by Mughal emperor Akbar and banished to Bihar, he remained to be the last ruler of Kashmir. [5]

Maarg is an Indian Hindi film directed by Mahesh Bhatt, released in 1992. The film stars Vinod Khanna, Hema Malini, and Dimple Kapadia in lead roles. Critic Iqbal Masood of The Indian Express praised the film as "a powerful satire" and "a moving film with excellent performances."

Agnichakra is a Hindi-language action drama film directed by Amit Suryavanshi and produced by Piyush Kumar. This film was released on 26 February 1997 under the banner of Jyoti Arts Productions.
