The Committee for Handling Proposals [1] is one of ten special committees of the National Committee the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference,China's top political advisory body and a central part of the Chinese Communist Party's united front system.
The Handling Proposals Committee was created in March 1988 during the 7th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. [2]

Luo Zhijun was a Chinese politician. He was serving as Chairperson of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee from 16 March 2018 to 13 March 2023. He was vice-chairperson of the National People's Congress Environment Protection and Resources Conservation Committee from July 2016 until March 2018. He was the former Communist Party Secretary of Jiangsu,and prior to that the provincial governor. He died on 1 April 2023 at the age of 72.
