Facilities

There is an international waiting hall and two domestic waiting halls, together with 3 VIP lounges. The new terminal has 4 escalators, 5 elevators and a moving walkway. There are more than 1,000 waiting seats in the 3 waiting halls, as well as drinking water areas and mobile phone charging areas. Each departure hall is equipped with a baby care room, as well as an isolation room and emergency rescue hallway. The new terminal is also equipped with two jet bridges. The 20,000 square metres (220,000 sq ft) apron can park 6 narrow-body aircraft at the same time. [2]

Quzhou Airport, also called Quzhou Air Base is a dual-use military and civil airport located 2.9 kilometers east of the city of Quzhou in Zhejiang Province, China. Originally only a military airfield for the People's Liberation Army Air Force, the airport was first expanded for use by American bombers during World War II, and was later occupied by Japanese troops. A small passenger terminal opened to commercial flights on 26 November 1993, though expanded commercial use of the airport has been hampered by continued heavy military presence due to the airport's proximity to the East China Sea and Taiwan Strait. Airlines operating out of Quzhou Airport generally operate medium to large narrow-body aircraft, such as the Boeing 737. Quzhou's commercial passenger terminal is unique in being separated from the airport's two aircraft bays by a lake, requiring passengers to walk across a lengthy causeway before boarding. The airport serves as the base of operations for regional carrier Quzhou Airlines.

Wuhu Xuanzhou Airport is an airport built to replace the commercial airline service of the old Wuhu Wanli Airport, and serves the cities of Wuhu and Xuancheng in Anhui Province, China. The airport is located in Wanzhi Town, Wanzhi District, about 48 kilometres (30 mi) from downtown Wuhu City and 30 kilometres (19 mi) from downtown Xuancheng. It began in June 2012, and it took four years to select the airport site from the original ten candidates. It received approval from the national government in 2016.
