Gatundu North Constituency is an electoral constituency in Kenya. It is one of twelve constituencies in Kiambu County, one of four in the former Thika District. The constituency has four wards, all of them are within Thika County council. The constituency was established for the 1997 elections. Previously it was part of the larger Gatundu Constituency.

Gatundu North Constituency comprises four Markets; Kamwangi, Gatukuyu, Kairi and Makwa. Kamwangi market and Gatukuyu market have dominated the rest of the Markets since Independence due to skewed distribution of resources and poor Infrastructure. As of October 2019 [update] Kairi Market and Makwa market remain dormant. The main economic activity is agriculture, poultry farming and livestock. World Bank's FAO, National Agriculture and Rural Inclusive Growth Project NARIGP have shown willingness and commitment to support Banana farming which is the main lifeline of the majority of constituents. Most of these farmers are poorly funded. Coffee sector in this area has also deteriorated in years to unsustainable levels.
Karimenu 2 Dam is located 50 km west of Thika town, upon completion by year 2020 the dam is expected to serve Areas of ruiru and juja with water for Irrigation and domestic use.
Gatundu North constituency was shortlisted as one of the beneficiaries of ksh 22.6 billion NARIGP World Bank Project.
Gatundu North has one Level 4 Hospital.
Othaya is a Kenyan town about 120 kilometres north of Nairobi, the capital. It has a population of 21,427, of which 4,108 are core urban ; the majority of the residents are of the Kikuyu tribe. Othaya is part of the Nyeri County. It is an agricultural area with coffee and tea as the main cash crops. Main crop grown in the area are Tea and coffee, while most farmers are subsistence. Othaya is home to Chinga dam, the largest water reservoir in the Nyeri County.
Thika is an industrial town and a major commerce hub in Kiambu County, Kenya, lying on the A2 road 42 kilometres (26 mi), Northeast of Nairobi, near the confluence of the Thika and Chania Rivers. Although Thika town is administratively in Kiambu County, the greater Thika area comprising such residential areas such as Bendor estate, Maporomoko, Thika Greens, Thika Golden Pearl, Bahati Ridge, Thika Sports Club, among others, are within Murang'a County. Thika has a population of 279,429 which is growing rapidly, as is the entire greater Nairobi area. Its elevation is approximately 1,631 metres (5,351 ft).
Ruiru is a town, constituency, and municipality area in Kiambu County, Kenya. It sits within the greater Nairobi Metropolitan region. According to the 2019 national population census, Ruiru is the 4th largest urban center in Kenya by population. The name Ruiru is of the Kikuyu dialect and possibly relates to the black cotton soil that is found in most parts of Ruiru to the East and South.

The town is located on a hill surrounded by many farms and residences.
Kerugoya is the biggest town in Kirinyaga County. Kerugoya is located 10 kilometres east of Karatina and 40 kilometres west of Embu. It is situated in the former District of Kirinyaga. Travel directions by road from Nairobi, is through Thika road past Thika, Kenol and Makuyu. The road leads through Makutano until Sagana town, where a road branches off the East towards Kagio town up to Kirinyaga University branching North towards the town.

Clement Kungu Waibara is a Kenyan politician. He belongs to Party of Independent Candidates of Kenya and was elected to represent the Gatundu North Constituency in the 2007 National Assembly of Kenya. He lost to Kigo Njenga during the 2013 elections. He came second during the elections behind Gatundu North MP Wanjiku Kibe whose illegality case still stands, and Kigo Njenga who came third. Waibara has been steadfast in his election case which he began in 2018, where he is challenging the incumbent Wanjiku Kibe for vying for the MP seat under a Constitutional breach. He is currently running his chain of businesses in Thika and Nairobi Town.

The constituency has four wards, Kiamwangi, Kiganjo, Ndarugo and Ng'enda all of them are within Kiambu County council. The constituency was established before the 1997 General Elections. Previously it was part of the larger Gatundu Constituency which was split into Gatundu South Constituency and Gatundu North Constituency it is ranked 182 out of 210 Constituencies in Kenya in size and 165 out of 210 in population size.
Kipipiri Constituency is an electoral constituency in Kenya. It is one of five constituencies in Nyandarua County. The constituency has four wards, all of which elect MCAs for the Nyandarua County. The constituency was established for the 1988 elections. The constituency borders Olkalou, Kinangop and Gilgil Constituencies. The inhabitants of the constituency are largely of Kikuyu extraction. Its biggest town is Miharati, which acts as the subcounty headquarters. The constituency is largely poor, with a poverty index of below the national average. The main activity for the residents is farming, with cabbages, Irish potatoes, milk, carrots, and onions being the main products. It has poor roads, and receives rainfall for a large part of the year, save for the lower areas bordering Gilgil that are dry.

From 1988 elections to 2002 elections it was known as Kabete Constituency. With the new demarcation of constituencies by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), the constituency was split into two and now we have Kikuyu Constituency and Kabete Constituency. The Current Member of Parliament for Kikuyu Constituency is Hon. Anthony Kimani Ichung'wa who was elected on The National Alliance Party (TNA) ticket. He is also the Vice - Chairman of the Public Investments Committee, Member of the committee of Powers and Privileges and equally a Member of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Co-operatives in parliament. Kikuyu Constituency borders Kabete, Limuru, Westlands and Dagoreti Constituencies. The constituency had its name changed to Kabete Constituency before 2007 General Elections and Later in 2012 during the review of boundaries by the Independent Electoral Boundaries Commission (IEBC), the constituency was split into two, thereby creating Kikuyu and Kabete constituencies Respectively.
Lari Constituency is an electoral constituency in Kenya, located forty kilometers from Nairobi along the Nairobi-Nakuru highway. Lari is located in the Western part of Kiambu County.
