Abdul Ghani Malik is an Indian politician and member of the Jammu & Kashmir National Conference. Malik is a member of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly from the Gulabgarh constituency in Udhampur district. As a Cabinet Minister, Ali headed various portfolios. Zulfkar also implemented the national food security act (NFSA) in the state and launched a food for poor scheme (MMSFES).

Mumtaz Ahmed Khan is Indian Politician and Former Member of 12th Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly. Mumtaz' elder brother is Ajaz Ahmed Khan who was a former Minister and three-time member of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly.
