Henk Leenders (born 28 January 1955) is a Dutch politician.

Leenders studied nursing at the Canisius Wilhelmina Hospital in Nijmegen between 1972 and 1976, he followed this up with a study of management at the HAN University of Applied Sciences between 1979 and 1981. He studied health sciences at Maastricht University between 1989 and 1992. [1]

He was member of the municipal council of Breda 16 March 2006 and 11 March 2010. He was a member of the States of North Brabant between 10 March 2011 and 3 October 2014, where he served as party leader. [1]

On 3 September 2013 he was installed as member of the Dutch House of Representatives as a temporary replacement for Yasemin Çegerek, who went on pregnancy leave. His temporary term lasted from 3 September until 11 December 2013. [2] [3]

He returned to the House of Representatives on 10 September 2014 when he succeeded Mariëtte Hamer who became chair of the Social-Economic Council. [4] His term in the House ended on 23 March 2017. [1]

Paulus Jansen Dutch politician and civil engineer

Paulus Fredericus Cornelius Jansen is a Dutch politician and civil engineer. As a member of the Socialist Party he was an MP between 30 November 2006 and 14 April 2014. He officially left the House of Representatives on 13 May 2014 and was permanently replaced by Tjitske Siderius, who until then had temporary replaced Renske Leijten. He focused on matters of natural environment, climate change, spatial planning, water management, housing, energy and environmental noise. Since 8 May 2014 he has been an alderman in the city of Utrecht.

Yasemin Cegerek Dutch politician

Yasemin Cegerek is a Dutch politician of Turkish descent. She was an MP for the Labour Party between 18 June 2013 and 23 March 2017. She replaced Désirée Bonis, who left the House of Representatives on 13 June 2013. Cegerek was a member of the commissions of foreign affairs, defense, European affairs, Kingdom relations, foreign trade and development aid. Cegerek temporarily went on maternity leave and her designated replacement was Marith Rebel-Volp. However, as House of Representatives member Myrthe Hilkens left the House on 28 August 2013, Rebel-Volp permanently replaced her instead. Henk Leenders was named as the replacement for Cegerek.

Tjitske Siderius

Tjitske Siderius is a Dutch politician. She was a member of the House of Representatives of the Netherlands for the Socialist Party between 3 September 2013 and 26 November 2013, temporarily replacing Sadet Karabulut, who went on maternity leave. From 6 February 2014 Siderius temporarily replaced Renske Leijten who went on maternity leave. When Paulus Jansen resigned in April 2014, Siderius became his permanent replacement on 14 May 2014. Henri Swinkels then became the temporary replacement for Leijten. Her term in the House ended on 23 March 2017.

Martine Baay-Timmerman

Martine Baay-Timmerman is a Dutch politician. She was member of the House of Representatives of the Netherlands for 50PLUS between 29 October 2013 and 10 September 2014. She left the House of Representatives due to health issues and was replaced by Henk Krol. Since 28 March 2017 Baay-Timmerman is a member of the Senate.

Jeroen van Wijngaarden is a Dutch politician, he has been a member of the House of Representatives of the Netherlands for the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy since 20 February 2019. He previously served between 1 July 2014 and 23 March 2017.

Leendert de Lange

Leendert Arent-Willem de Lange is a Dutch politician. He has been mayor of Wassenaar since 18 July 2019. Previously he was a member of the House of Representatives for the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy, serving from 31 March 2015 to 23 March 2017 and once again from 31 October 2017 to 3 July 2019. De Lange was alderman in Noordwijk between 2006 and 2013 and in Wassenaar between 2013 and 2014 where he also served as deputy mayor.

Christine Teunissen is a Dutch politician of the Party for the Animals. Since March 24, 2014, she has been a member of the municipal council of The Hague, and since June 9, 2015, she has also been a member of the Senate. She was the youngest one of that Senate session. In the senate elections of May 2019 she was reelected as a senate member.

Joyce Vermue is a Dutch politician. She was a member of the House of Representatives of the Netherlands for the Labour Party between 22 September 2015 and 23 March 2017. She has been mayor of Zundert since July 2019.

Harm Brouwer Dutch politician

Harm Brouwer is a Dutch politician, he was a member of the House of Representatives for the Labour Party between 6 July 2016 and 23 March 2017. He previously served twice as a temporary member of the House. Most recently from 1 March 2016 to 10 June 2016 when he replaced Lea Bouwmeester who went on pregnancy and maternity leave. Before that he replaced Manon Fokke from 5 November 2015 to 12 January 2016, she was on pregnancy and maternity leave, and was previously temporarily replaced by Joyce Vermue.

He previously served in the House from 17 November 2015 to 18 October 2016 when he temporary replaced Esther Ouwehand. He serves in the States of Limburg since the 2015 elections, and previously served between 2007 and 2011.

Rien van der Velde Dutch politician

Rink "Rien" van der Velde is a Dutch politician. He was a member of the House of Representatives of the Netherlands for the Labour Party between 25 October 2016 and 23 March 2017. He entered the House as a temporary replacement of Sjoera Dikkers. On 14 December 2016 he became a permanent member of the House when he took the place of the resigned parliamentary group leader Diederik Samsom. He has served in the municipal council of Noordoostpolder since 2010. He serves as council leader of the combination Labour Party/GreenLeft.

Julius Huibert Terpstra is a Dutch politician, serving as a member of the House of Representatives. He is a member of the political party Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA). Before being an MP, he served as duoraadslid in the Leiden municipal council and as chair of Christian Democratic Youth Appeal, CDA's youth organization.
