History
The original version of Intaglio – The National Business School Meet – was started by the 25th Batch of IIM Calcutta in the year 1989. The meet consisted of a myriad of competitions viz. Strategy building competitions, presentation competition "Shastrarth" and the like.
The meet was rechristened "Intaglio" in the January 2002 edition.
Intaglio 2008-09 was held on the IIM Calcutta campus from 8 – 11 January 2009, this edition saw over 15,000 participants from more than 60 countries, and participation from 190 companies, The total prize money for winners across events amounted to INR 10 Lakhs. [4]
Every year, Intaglio organizes "Reverberations", a series of lectures by management and business leaders.
The Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) are Centrally Funded Business Schools for management offering undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral and executive programmes along with some additional courses in the field of business administration. Indian Institute of Management Lucknow is a public business school in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. It was established in 1984 as the fourth Indian Institute of Management (IIM) by the Government of India. IIM Lucknow offers post-graduate diploma, fellowship and executive programs in management. It is recognised as an "Institution of Excellence" by India's Ministry of Human Resource Development. Being Globally Responsible Conference (BGRC) is an annual, 2-day corporate social responsibility (CSR) event held in May at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai, China. Activities during the event include keynote speeches, discussion panel, and workshops surrounding a designated theme. It was initiated by a CEIBS MBA student Sam Lee back in 2006. Currently, it is the earliest and largest MBA student organized international CSR conference in Asia-Pacific and a flagship event of CEIBS MBA.

Manfest-Varchasva is the annual management and cultural festival organized by Indian Institute of Management Lucknow in the third week of January every year. The Entrepreneurship Cell, IIT Bombay, also known as E-Cell, IIT Bombay, is the primary entrepreneurship promoting body of the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, managed and run completely by the students of the institute.
