The guide announced on July 11, 2023, that the city of Atlanta will be the seventh Michelin Guide region in the United States. [1] [2] The complete selection and ratings were revealed on October 24, 2023 with five restaurants receiving a single Michelin star.

The Michelin Guides are a series of guide books that have been published by the French tyre company Michelin since 1900. The Guide awards up to three Michelin stars for excellence to a select few restaurants in certain geographic areas. The acquisition or loss of a star or stars can have dramatic effects on the success of a restaurant. Michelin also publishes the Green Guides, a series of general guides to cities, regions, and countries.
Manresa was a restaurant in Los Gatos, California that specialized in California cuisine. It was founded in 2002 by chef David Kinch. The Michelin Guide: San Francisco, Bay Area and Wine Country conferred two Michelin stars on the restaurant in 2007, and upgraded it to three stars in 2016.

In February 2024 Caruso's Received the 5 Stars Award from Forbes Travel Guide. The restaurant is led by Chef Massimo Falsini and it is located inside the Miramar Resort. The restaurant bare the name of the developer Rick J Caruso and was established in 2019.
