Seoul Subway Line 5 of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway, dubbed the purple line, is a long line crossing from west to the east across the Seoul National Capital Area, South Korea. It is one of two subway lines in Seoul to cross under the Han River, which is done at two points. The main line runs through to Hanam Geomdansan Station while the branch line from Gangdong Station terminates at Macheon Station. In 2019, Line 5 carried an annual ridership of 334 million or about 915,000 passengers per day.
Samseong Station is a station on Seoul Subway Line 2. It serves the eastern area of Teheranno. Some of the more famous buildings near the station include World Trade Center Seoul, COEX Mall, Korea Electric Power (KEPCO) headquarters, Korea Air City Terminal, and Gangnam main police and fire stations. Due to security concerns, the station was closed during the G20 summit and the 2012 Nuclear Security Summit, as this station is directly connected with COEX.
Dangsan Station (Korean: 당산역) is an elevated station on the Seoul Subway Line 2 and is an underground station on the Seoul Subway Line 9. The station is located on the south bank of the Han River in Yeongdeungpo-gu. Because the station is elevated, trains exiting to or entering from the north make use of the Dangsan Railway Bridge. As of April 2009, the platform has been outfitted with platform screen doors. Dangsan station is currently a transfer point between Line 2 and Seoul Subway Line 9. Several Korean TV series were shot in nearby locations, like Boys Over Flowers, Iris or My Girlfriend is a Gumiho.
Bongcheon Station is a station on the Seoul Subway Line 2. It is located in Bongcheon-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, South Korea, close to Gwanaksan Mountain.

Sports Complex station is a station on Seoul Subway Line 2 and Seoul Subway Line 9. As its name indicates, it serves the nearby Seoul Sports Complex including Seoul Olympic Stadium. Asia Park is also accessible by foot from the station. In early 2015 this station become a transfer station between Line 2 and Line 9 of the Seoul Subway.
Yeongdeungpo-gu Office station is a station on Seoul Subway Line 2 and Seoul Subway Line 5. Before Mok-dong station on Line 5 was completed, this station served as a link to that neighbourhood via bus.

Daegok Station is a station on Seoul Subway Line 3, the Gyeongui–Jungang Line and the Seohae Line. It is located in the city of Goyang, close to Ilsan. It is mainly used as a transfer station between the three lines rather than as an actual enter-and-exit stop, as the station is located in the midst of farmland with very little local resident demand.
Anyang Station is a ground-level subway station on Line 1 of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway. The station is located in the Anyang One neighborhood, in Manan District, Seoul. The station's sole exit offers access to Enter-6 Mall, which occupies the same building. Travel time from Anyang Station to Seoul Station on Line 1 is approximately 40 minutes. Anyang Station is the main station in Anyang, but there are another six stations in Anyang, namely Beomgye, Pyeongchon and Indeogwon on Line 4, and Myeonghak, Gwanak and Seoksu on Line 1, though the latter's platforms lie within Seoul. It is connected with Lotte Dapartment Store.
Olympic Park is a subway station on Seoul Subway Line 5 and Seoul Subway Line 9 in Songpa-gu, Seoul. It became an interchange with Subway Line 9 on December 1, 2018.
