Sarnia Regional Cogeneration Plant is a natural gas power station owned by TransAlta Energy, in Sarnia, Ontario. The plant is primarily used to supply steam to Arlanxeo, [1] Styrolution, Suncor and Nova Chemicals and power onto the Ontario Grid. [2]

Cockburn Power Station (CKB) is a power station in Cockburn, Western Australia. The station was commissioned by Western Power Corporation in 2003 and is immediately south of the older Kwinana Power Station. It was the first combined cycle gas turbine power station in Western Australia. North Battleford Energy Centre is a natural gas-fired station owned by Northland Power located in the Rural Municipality of North Battleford, Saskatchewan located near the city of North Battleford, Saskatchewan, Canada. Repowering is the process of replacing older power stations with newer ones that either have a greater nameplate capacity or more efficiency which results in a net increase of power generated. Repowering can happen in several different ways. It can be as small as switching out and replacing a boiler, to as large as replacing the entire system to create a more powerful system entirely.
