St. Ignatius Catholic School is a school in George Town, [1] Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, serving pre-school/nursery through to Year 13 students. St Ignatius is known island wide for its excellent musical department and productions.

As of 2023 there are 725 students from over 20 countries.

The school began in September 1971 as Our Lady of Perpetual Help. The secondary school opened in 1994. [2]

The current Head of School is Mr. Simon Testa.

She was honored by the Caymanian government with the Spirit of Excellence Award during National Heroes Day and was first recipient of the Chamber of Commerce's Lifetime Achievement Award in Education. Conolly was honored as a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the 1982 New Year Honours.
