Star Power: Sharon's Search for the Next Female Pop Superstar is a Philippine reality talent show airing on ABS-CBN. The show premiered October 10, 2010, and is hosted by Sharon Cuneta, Erik Santos, and Christian Bautista. [1]

Contents

The program aimed to develop 15- to 21-year-old female singers into becoming the next female singing superstar. Regional-wide searches began in Metro Manila, Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao from August to September 2010.

Star Power 5 Grand Finalists

Angeline Quinto was a grand finalist of "Star For A Night", the batch where Sarah Geronimo won in 2002. [2] Prior to Star Power, she joined in GMA 7's variety show Diz Iz It! for "Diz Iz Kantahan: Challenge the Champion", where she was a wildcard finalist this year.

Apoy sa Dagat is a 2013 Philippine melodrama romantic suspense television series directed by FM Reyes and Nick Olanka, starring Angelica Panganiban in her first dual role, together with Piolo Pascual and Diether Ocampo. <i>Your Face Sounds Familiar</i> (Philippine TV series) Filipino TV series or program

Your Face Sounds Familiar is a singing and impersonation competition for celebrities and is based on the Spanish version of the same name. It debuted on March 14, 2015, on ABS-CBN, replacing The Voice of the Philippines. Luis Manzano currently serves as host since Season 3. It was originally hosted by Billy Crawford for the first two seasons, and for the second season, also co-hosted by Melai Cantiveros. Jed Madela, Gary Valenciano and Sharon Cuneta served as the show's judges for the first two seasons. In Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids, Ogie Alcasid replaces Madela, while Valenciano and Cuneta reprised their roles as judges. The Kids season premiered on January 7, 2017. The show's third season ended on May 30, 2021, and was replaced by Everybody, Sing!.

The show was hosted by Billy Crawford, with Sharon Cuneta, Gary Valenciano and Ogie Alcasid serving as the show's judges. The second season ended on August 26, 2018, and was replaced by The Kids' Choice on September 1, 2018.

The second season of Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids was a singing and impersonation competition for child celebrities on ABS-CBN. Gary Valenciano, Sharon Cuneta, and Ogie Alcasid reprised their jury duties. Jed Madela, a judge in the first and second seasons of the regular edition, and Nyoy Volante, season 1 runner-up, served as the mentors of the contestants. Billy Crawford also returns as the host.

The third season of Your Face Sounds Familiar was a singing and impersonation competition for celebrities based on the Spanish version of the same name. It first aired on February 20, 2021, on Kapamilya Channel and A2Z. Sharon Cuneta and Gary Valenciano reprised their roles as judges while Ogie Alcasid, a judge in the Kids seasons replaced Jed Madela as judge whom reprised his role as mentor in the second season of the Kids edition alongside Nyoy Volante. Luis Manzano was named as the new host, replacing original host Billy Crawford due to his departure from the network in the aftermath of its shutdown, franchise denial and layoffs, which saw his transfer to blocktimer shows that are aired on TV5 This is also the first season to not air on ABS-CBN due to its shutdown and franchise denial in 2020, instead airing on the two aforementioned platforms and Kapamilya Online Live.
