Juinagar is a railway station on the Harbour Line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway network.

Juinagar Station Complex is located in sector 11 of Sanpada node but its very close to Nerul and can be called the external suburb of Nerul. It is adjoining to Sion–Panvel Highway. It is an attractive station complex in terms of location and aesthetics with colourful murals and outrageous fibreglass sculptures and hence is frequently used for film shootings. [1] Station complex consists of shopping area on the ground floor and well-integrated shops/ office premises on the first and second floors. This station caters for three corridors viz. CSMT–Panvel, Thane–Panvel & NerulUran

Panvel is also governed for development purpose by the body of Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Panvel Municipal Corporation is the first Municipal Corporation in Raigad and the 27th Municipal corporation of Maharashtra State.

Turbhe is suburb of Navi Mumbai. Turbhe Suburb is known for the presence of Wholesale Agriculture Market also Known as Mumbai-APMC Market Turbhe. which attracts sellers from Maharashtra & Gujrat. Turbhe is aligned with Sion-Panvel highway & Thane-Belapur Road. It has midpoint of both highways. Turbhe stores's market is known as wholesale market for all automobile, industry and mechanical parts & Instruments.

The area has developed rapidly in recent years compared to any other nodes in Navi Mumbai due to its strategic location, having Vashi, Mumbai & Thane towards its north and Ulwe, Uran, JNPT & upcoming international airport towards is south and CBD Belapur, Kharghar & Panvel towards its east. Juinagar is an area in Navi Mumbai of Maharashtra state in Konkan division. It is also the name of a railway station on the Harbour Line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway. Railway colony is the biggest colony in Juinagar though much of the residential blocks belong to the CIDCO and a few other private housing societies. The main market is near Sadguru Hotel and Suyog Arcade - which is the most prominent complex in the area. On the whole, Juinagar is a small but self-sufficient township having excellent connectivity to Vashi and Nerul. Of late, the sprawling of a multi-facility hospital named Mangal Prabhu and a new petrol pump at the main market has made life more convenient for the dwellers.

The Sion Panvel Expressway is a 25 km Indian highway located entirely in the state of Maharashtra, that connects Sion in Mumbai with Panvel, via Navi Mumbai. It is one of the busiest and most important roads in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and connects Mumbai with the city of Pune. The National Highway 4 and Mumbai-Pune Expressway begin at the eastern end of the expressway, at Kalamboli junction, near Panvel. The highway is also used by vehicles traveling towards Mumbai from Konkan and Goa.
