Belmont County is a county in the U.S. state of Ohio. As of the 2010 United States Census, the population was 70,400. Its county seat is St. Clairsville. The county was created on September 7, 1801 and organized on November 7, 1801. It takes its name from the French for "beautiful mountain".

Lorraine Dille Williams is an American businesswoman. She was hired as manager of TSR, Inc. by company co-founder Gary Gygax in 1984, and was in charge of the gaming company from 1986 to 1997. Williams gained control of TSR in October 1985 when the Blume brothers sold her their controlling shares of the company. In 1996, an unexpectedly high cost of returned (unsold) fiction books and an expensive, unsuccessful foray into the collectible card game market caused a cash flow squeeze, and Williams was forced to sell TSR to Wizards of the Coast in 1997.
Kevin Butler was a marketing character used by Sony Computer Entertainment America as part of their It Only Does Everything (2009–11) and Long Live Play (2011) advertising campaigns for the PlayStation 3 in North America. He starred as the Vice President of various fictitious departments within the PlayStation division of Sony, responding to "Dear PlayStation" queries. Due to the positive reception to the commercials, Sony extended them throughout the remainder of 2010 as well as into 2011. Robert Orville Dille was an American professional basketball player and championship high school coach. Dille was an All-American forward at Valparaiso, where he was a member of "The World's Tallest Team" and later coached Fort Wayne's Northrop High School to an Indiana state championship in 1974. He was inducted into the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame in 1989.

Buck Rogers is a science fiction character created by Philip Francis Nowlan in the novella Armageddon 2419 A.D., subsequently appearing in multiple media.
