This is a list of Arizona Wildcats head baseball coaches. The Arizona Wildcats baseball program is a college baseball team that represents the University of Arizona in the Pac-12 Conference in the National Collegiate Athletic Association. [1] The team has seen 17 individuals hold the head coach position since it started playing organized baseball in the 1904 season. 3 of these coaches had non-consecutive tenures.

Since 1950 - which the university considers the beginning of its modern baseball program - only six people have held the position. [2]

The current coach is Chip Hale, who helmed his first season in 2022.

Having served for 33 seasons, J.F. "Pop" McKale is the longest tenured coach in program history. Jerry Kindall holds the record for wins at 860. Kindall won 3 College World Series titles while in Tucson, and Andy Lopez won 1. Frank Sancet, Jerry Kindall and Andy Lopez have all been inducted into the National College Baseball Hall of Fame.

The Wildcats played their home games at Hi Corbett Field, off campus in Tucson, AZ. This was the first full season for the Wildcats at Hi Corbett Field, which is the former spring training home of the Cleveland Indians and Colorado Rockies. Andy Lopez was in his eleventh season as Arizona Wildcats baseball head coach. Lopez was in his twenty-fourth year as head coach. The Wildcats tied for first in the Pac-12 Conference with UCLA, finishing with a 20–10 conference record. The Wildcats finished the season with a 48–17 record. Six players were picked in the 2012 Major League Baseball Draft.

The 1986 Arizona Wildcats baseball team represented the University of Arizona in the 1986 NCAA Division I baseball season. The team was coached by Jerry Kindall in his 14th season at Arizona.

William Arthur Kinneberg is a former American baseball coach. He served as head baseball coach of the Utah Utes in 1996 and from 2005 to 2021. Coach Kinneberg lead the Utes to the university's first ever men's Pac-12 championship in the 2016 season, finishing with a 26–29 overall record.

The Wildcats finished with a record of 27-28 They failed to make the postseason for only the 2nd season under Lopez. This would also mark one of only 2 losing seasons Arizona would have under Lopez.

The Wildcats finished with a record of 39-22 and were selected to the NCAA Tournament for the 3rd straight year and 3rd time under Andy Lopez, losing in the Fullerton Regional final to Cal State Fullerton.

The 2000 Arizona Wildcats baseball team represented the University of Arizona during the 2000 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Wildcats played their home games at Frank Sancet Stadium. The team was coached by Jerry Stitt in his 4th season at Arizona. The Wildcats would finish 7th in the Pacific-10 Conference with a record of 8-16, 26-30 overall. This was the Wildcats 1st losing season since Jerry Kindall's final season in 1996.

The 1999 Arizona Wildcats baseball team represented the University of Arizona during the 1999 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Wildcats played their home games at Frank Sancet Stadium. The team was coached by Jerry Stitt in his 3rd season at Arizona. The Wildcats finished 33-23 overall and placed 3rd in the Pacific-10 with a 13-11 record - the only time during Coach Stitt's tenure they would finish above .500 in conference play. The 1999 season season marked the 1st time that the Pac-10 did not play in divisions, as Portland State's discontinuation of baseball following the 1998 season caused the Northern Division to shrink to only 3 members.

The Arizona–Arizona State baseball rivalry is a college baseball rivalry between the University of Arizona Wildcats and the Arizona State University Sun Devils. Both programs are two of the most storied and successful in college baseball history, combining for a total of 9 College World Series championships, 40 College World Series appearances, 82 NCAA Tournament appearances and 27 conference regular-season championships. Since Arizona State founded a baseball program in 1907 the teams have met 489 times.
