100% is the second extended play by Mexican-American singer and songwriter Monogem, which was released on May 19, 2017. The EP was supported by four singles: "Gone", "Take It Slow", "Wild", and "100%". [1]

Release and promotion

Singles

At the end of 2015, Monogem released a single titled "Gone". [2] On April 22, 2016, she released another single, "Take It Slow", which features a "slinking beat, ethereal synths, and the singer's smokey alto". [3] [4]

A year later on January 20, 2016, the single "Wild" was released. [5] The single also included a music video featuring Matthew RC Taylor and Coco Arquette, the daughter of Courteney Cox. [6] [7] The music video includes "a dreamy and colorful story about... two young teenagers getting wild in their own unique way". The video was released on March 29, 2017. [8]

"100%" was released as the last single from the EP. [9]

Remix

Monogem released a remixed version of her second extended play that features producers Zach Nicita, Paperwhite, Jamie Prado and ELIS. [10]

"Points of Authority" is a song by American rock band Linkin Park. It is the fourth track on their first studio album, Hybrid Theory. Mike Shinoda's verses originally had different lyrics, and Chester Bennington's parts became no different from the Hybrid Theory version. The song was released in 2001 as a promo release. A CD single for the song was set to be released in the UK in September 2001, but instead, "Papercut" was released as the third single from the album. It was later planned as the fifth official single from the album, planned for a January 2002 release but was cancelled for unknown reasons. In its place, the song's remix version was released.
