The 12th Critics' Choice Television Awards ceremony, presented by the Critics Choice Association, will honor the best in primetime television programming from 2021, and will be on March 13, 2022, at the Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles, California and the Savoy Hotel in London. The nominations were announced on December 6, 2021. HBO led with 20 nominations, followed by Netflix with 18. [6]

On December 22, 2021, the ceremony, originally slated for January 9, 2022, was delayed due to COVID-19 pandemic-related concernsinvolving the widespread surge of the Omicron variant in the United States. [7] On January 13, 2022, it was announced that the ceremony will now take place on March 13, 2022. [3]
