The 1868 Wareham by-election was fought on 23 December 1868. The by-election was fought due to the death of the incumbent MP of the Liberal Party, John Calcraft. It was won by the Conservative candidate John Erle-Drax. [1]

This is a list of members of the 4th Legislative Assembly of Queensland from 1868 to 1870, as elected at the 1868 colonial elections held between 14 September 1868 and 6 October 1868.
