The 1991–92 Cypriot Third Division was the 21st season of the Cypriot third-level football league. PAEEK FC won their 1st title.
Association football, more commonly known as football or soccer, is a team sport played with a spherical ball between two teams of eleven players. It is played by 250 million players in over 200 countries and dependencies, making it the world's most popular sport. The game is played on a rectangular field called a pitch with a goal at each end. Fourteen teams participated in the 1991–92 Cypriot Third Division. All teams played against each other twice, once at their home and once away. The team with the most points at the end of the season crowned champions. The first two teams were promoted to 1992–93 Cypriot Second Division. The last three teams were relegated to the 1992–93 Cypriot Fourth Division.

Adonis Idaliou was a Cypriot football club based in Dali. Founded in 1956, was playing sometimes in Second, in Third and in Fourth Division.
Ethnikos Assia Football Club is a Cypriot football team currently playing in the Cypriot Second Division. The team was established in Assia, Famagusta, but since the Turkish invasion of 1974, Ethnikos became a refugee team. The club is now based in the capital Nicosia and play their home games at the Makario. The club has played three times in the first division, the last time was during the 2001–02 season.

It began on 9 November 1991 with the first preliminary round and concluded on 10 June 1992 with the final which was held at Tsirion Stadium. Apollon won their 4th Cypriot Cup trophy after beating Omonia 1–0 in the final.
