Simone de Macedo e Oliveira, GCIH • GMC better known as Simone de Oliveira is a Portuguese singer and actress. She performed the Portuguese entries at the 1965 and 1969 editions of the Eurovision Song Contest.
Sónia Araújo is a Portuguese TV hostess, known for her work in the Portuguese talk show Praça da Alegria. She participated in the 2007 edition of the Eurovision Dance Contest, in which she won the fifth place.

Bolinho de chuva is a dessert both in Portugal and Brazil. It is made from flour, eggs, milk and baking powder or baking soda. The doughnuts are deep-fried and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. The name refers to the raindrop shape the batter makes when it hits the oil and to the idea that it is a good rainy day project to make the dish.
Daniel Munduruku is a Brazilian writer and educator. He is member of the Munduruku indigenous people. His children's books deal about traditional indigenous life and tales and have been awarded several prizes. Munduruku holds three undergraduate degrees in philosophy, History and Psychology. He has a master's degree in Social Anthropology and a doctorate in education by the University of São Paulo.
