Alina Maratovna Kabaeva or Kabayeva is a Russian politician, media manager and retired individual rhythmic gymnast, who has been designated Honoured Master of Sports by the Russian government.
Daniela Viorica Silivaș-Harper, is a Romanian former artistic gymnast best known for medaling in every single event at one Olympics, winning six medals at the 1988 Summer Games in Seoul. In doing so, she was the fourth female gymnast to achieve this, after Maria Gorokhovskaya (1952), Larisa Latynina and Věra Čáslavská (1968). As of 2024, Silivaș is the last gymnast, male or female, to have accomplished this feat.
Hanna Volodymyrivna Bezsonova is a Ukrainian former individual rhythmic gymnast. She is one of the most decorated rhythmic gymnast of her generation. She is a two-time Olympic bronze medalist ; a five-time medalist in the all-around competition of the World Championships: gold in 2007, silver in 2003 and 2005, bronze in 2001 and 2009; a four-time medalist in the all-around competition of the European Championships: silver in 2004 and 2008, bronze in 2002 and 2006; and a four-time medalist in the all-around competition of the Grand Prix Final: gold in 2003, silver in 2002 and 2005, bronze in 2004.
Elena Mikhailovna Zamolodchikova is a Russian former artistic gymnast and four-time Olympic medallist. She is the 2000 Olympic champion on vault and floor exercise, and she is a two-time World champion on vault. She also competed at the 2004 Summer Olympics where she won a bronze medal with the Russian team. She is a two-time World Cup Final vault champion and a two-time European champion with the Russian team. In 2015, she was inducted in the International Gymnastics Hall of Fame.
Boris Anfiyanovich Shakhlin was a Soviet gymnast who was the 1960 Olympic all-around champion and the 1958 all-around World Champion. He won a total of 13 medals including seven gold medals at the Summer Olympics, and was the most successful athlete at the 1960 Summer Olympics. He held the record for most Olympic medals by a male athlete record until gymnast Nikolai Andrianov won his 14th and 15th medals at the 1980 Summer Olympics. He also won 14 medals at the World Championships.

Dan Gill is a retired American gymnast and current Chief Product officer of Carvana. Formerly, Dan was the CEO of webforum company Huddler. Gill was an all-arounder, but weaker in rings and parallel bars than the other events. He attributed this to his relatively tall stature for a gymnast. On floor exercise, Gill performed an extremely difficult mount: a double-twisting double backflip with immediate punch to a one and one-quarter front flip. On high bar, he dismounted with a rare difficult trick, a triple twisting double layout (Fedorchenko).
The Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup is a competition for rhythmic gymnastics sanctioned by the Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG). It is one of the few tournaments in rhythmic gymnastics officially organized by FIG, as well as the World Championships, the gymnastics competitions at the Olympic Games and the Youth Olympics, and the rhythmic gymnastics events at the World Games. The World Cup series should not be confused with the Rhythmic Gymnastics Grand Prix series, which is neither officially organized nor promoted by FIG.
Ann Carr, also known as Ann Carr-Tunney, is an American gymnast. She was a U.S. National Team member at the 1974 World Gymnastics Championships, as well as at the 1975 Pan American Games where she earned gold medals in the team competition, all-around, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise, and several other international competitions. She was the first woman to receive a full athletic scholarship from Penn State University, where she competed from 1977 through 1980. She led her gymnastics team at Penn State to first place in 1978 and 1980, and finished first individually in the all-around, balance beam, floor and uneven bars in 1978, and second in the all-around in 1980. She received the Broderick Award, the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame Meritorious Achievement Award, and Penn State University’s Eric A. Walker Award. She later served as the owner, manager, and coach of the Lakettes Gymnastics Academy in Erie, Pennsylvania, from 1981 through 1985.
